Happy hump day!
Had a great work out last night... did a good bit of running and then crunches and some leg weights. Thank goodness.. those two pounds fell off again so i am at 143. I think im going to just start weighing myself on tuesdays... that way i am not having mini meltdowns everytime it fluctuates....
did measurements today... lost in my chest again and actually an inch in both my upper and lower thigh!!!
good news for sure.
I am eating my berry blast cheerios right now at work... they are so good!
im getting impatient... i wanna be 120 geezzzzz!
