Good for you for passing up on the fat food restaraunt trip and in regards to nonfat milk - people can get used to anything if you give it a long enough try ;)

Hope all is going well for you!

Breakfast, 3/4 cup frosted flakes, 1/2 cup fat free milk, banana, water, 250
Lunch, beef and broccoli, fried rice, egg roll...650 (Atleast I didnt do the buffet!!!... still.. OMG)...
no snack
dinner, carrots, ham, 1/2 slice bread, pickle, water, 200

Cal total - 1100
Water, 3 L

I had to call the doctor today because of some female problems... ((sorry men))... He said to call if it doesnt stop in 5-7 days. UGH.

The Fat Free milk isnt bad in cereal.

Congrats on self control my sweet portions lately
would have been 1/2 cake lol! I use fat free milk to make
my FF pudding and for cereal but not reccomended for drinking
blah looks like baby formula taste like water would rater drink
just water! Have a gr8 Weds Tammy:)
 
Heidi! I have read EVERY SINGLE PAGE of your diary.. It is to interesting. And motivating too! You have done, and ARE doing a fabulous job. Keep up the great work and inspiring entries!

Cals - 780 cals WOW I have alot of cals left for a great snack tonight!
Water - 3 L

Exersice: NONE, I didnt walk tonight because I have cramps so badly today. I hope this gets better. My plan is to get up in the AM and walk 2 miles.

The weather is suppose to start getting really bad. Looks like I am going to have to drag out my Tae Bo tapes.

I just feel BLAH. And really not liking my job today.

dinner - wasnt hungry, dont feel good.

It is raining and is freezing outside. The temp dropped from 68 to the lower 30s today.
 
Weighed in this morning... 133...

Lunch, too busy
dinner, having chicken breast, potato, and brussel sprouts, 600
