My sister just found out that the IVF didnt work for the second time. She wants a baby so bad. I am devistated for her, and dont know what to say to her.
 
Well, I didnt post my food intake for the weekend. Probably because I cheated a bit.

Friday, I did good and stayed under 1200 cals and did 20 minute pilates tape.

Saturday, I went to the grocery and to walmart, shopped for close to 3 hours. I didnt eat breakfast, had 1/2 a ham and turkey sub for lunch, dinner left over piece of chicken with brussel sprouts, snack, the rest of the sub, and a waffle with a bit of peanut butter on it. No exersice :(

Today
Breakfast, oatmeal, Lunch, Gumbo, Dinner, Gumbo, snack, waffle with peanutbetter. 20 minute pilates tape.




It is soooooooo friggin could out there, in the 20s today. I think I am going to have to start braving it and walk in the fridged cold.

I have set a goal, right now I weigh 133, by christmas I would like to weigh 128. 5 pounds I hope is realistic. I just cant seem to get past the 130s. I am sooooo close. Far cry from 170. Man do I feel so much better.

Work was sooooooooo busy today. I am pondering applying for another job as a Community Liason for a Psychiatric Hospital for Children. It should be posted in a few weeks. I may apply just to see.


Breakfast, 2 Cups coffee with spenda, water, 0
Lunch, Lean Cuisine Mac N Cheese, water, 300
Dinner, Gumbo, slice of white bread with spray on 0 cal parkay, water, (guessing) 600
snack, pickle, water, 0

Cals 900
Water 3 L

20 minute Pilates tape.

Breakfast, 2 cups of coffee with splenda. I passed on the DONUTS this morning!!!!!!! What is up with me drinking this coffee. GAH
Lunch, Steamed Veggies, 1 egg roll, chicken with mushrooms, 700 (high comparison to items found on Calorie-counter)
dinner, Frosted Flakes w FF milk, 200

Cal - 900
Water - 3L

I didnt exersice. TMO started today. BLAH.

My appetite has been real lacking. Wonder if the stress of the holidays or job is getting to me.

Peq- I am going to apply! What would it hurt.
 
Yeah! Passing on donuts! GREAT WORK! :)

Every time I refuse something like that, it gets a bit easier than the previous time. I just keep telling myself `That's what other people eat' and think about the scales.

I also tell people `I'm trying to cut out sugar' if they offer me something sweet, and everyone seems to accept that. If they get pushy you could say that you have to reduce it because of a diabetes risk. If they keep pushing after that, they're idiots.

Hmm, donuts are just a space and a vowel change from 'do nots' :p

keep up the good work heidi - you should go for the job, it'll do no harm to take a peek and see if it's for you :)
 
Hi! Hope you are having a good day! Your cal intake is low. How on earth do you do it? I have a hard time not going over 1200 cals. I wish I could be more like you!!:D

snack, 100 cal little debbi snack, water

Exercise, 20 mins pilates tape


The donuts I passed up yesterday were "Sqaure Donoughts" so good though.
Today I passed up cookies. People at work told me to go get some cookies before they were gone, and I said "nah". Then after my salad I went to get a cookie, and they were all gone. HEHE.

bgs- I should actually be eating 1200 cals. But whenever I dont have that hungry feeling I dont eat.
 
Ack, I havent posted my food in a few days.

I am staying under 1200 cals, and drinking 3 L of water. HOwever, I have not done any exersice the past two days. I have been soooo tired.


Okay.... weighed in this morning and still at 133 LBS. But it is TOM. My cals have been low a few days this week. AND I havent been able to walk because it has been in the teens outside. So cold.

I am cool with that. Will I make my goal of 128 by Xmas.

I think I am going to wrap presents tonight to see what else I need to get.

lunch - Salad with ff Italian dressing - 150
dinner - ramen noodles, 1/2 pastromi sandwich, 500
snack - none

Cals, 850
Water, 3 L


Exersice- none, ack... went to walmart and wrapped presents till just now from the time I got home from work.

Back to walking.

Walked 2 miles this am. And early this morning 45 minutes of exersice. :) But my husband brought home McD's last night when he got home for work :( Least I worked some of it off I guess!

Havent had breakfast yet and it is 11:20. Got to shower and hit the grocery store for a few things. Then some R&R today.
 
2 miles this morning? WOw, you go girl!! Isn't that the best feeling, when you know you've gotten in your exercise early in the day. You make me want to get off my behind right now. haha Have a good day.
