Breakfast, Baked Apple Oatmeal, 2% milk, water - 200
Lunch, 1/2 turkey sandwich, 5 doritos, 1/2 cookie, water- 300

Dinner - I am going to my mom's house, It is my stepfather's b-day. Going to have 1 bowl of homemade veggie soup. She made Oreo Dessert. I will probably have a little bit of that. I am guessing, 300 for the soup (I am comparing it to something similar on Calorie Counter) and another 400 for the dessert. I am having only a SMALL piece. Like a 4inX4in.

Cals - 1200
Water - 3 L (I will have by the end of the day)

Exercise - Walked 3 miles in 45 minutes this mornign. At my mom's I will put in 30 minutes on the Gazelle.

I really want to be atleast 129 by christmas DAMNIT!

Hey Heidi :) Just popping in to see how things are going with ya and I must say your re-commitment is pretty darn impressive. Said it before and I'll say ti again, I'm really happy to see someone waver and come back just get it done - no cryin', just going forward !!

Excersice - 30 minutes of walking up and down 3 flights of stairs in heels. Man was the back of my legs killing me! HAHA.. I forgot my walking shoes today.

Lunch, Wendy's small chili, water - 200
Dinner, Strogenoff, mash potatos, corn, water - 600
snack - crescent roll with a bit of chicken salad, water - 300

Cals - 1170
Water - 3 L

Tonight we had a foster parent dinner. UGH. Papa Johns. I didnt have any. Just mingled. No time to walk today.

I forgot it was Friday and didnt weigh in this morning. Haha. I will weigh in in the morning.

Yesterday I was swamped. After I got home I had to drive 30 minutes to a Walmart to get a couple of digital camera bundles for Xmas presents. Almost done shopping. YAY!


I had 1200 cals yesterday and drank tons of water

snack, whole wheat toast, with 0 cal Parkey spray, water, 70

Exersice, 2.5 miles in 40 minutes

Weighed in today at 131.. whooohooo!

Breakfast, whole wheat toast with 0 cal spray on Parkay, Egg fried in olive oil, 4 oz 2 % milk, water, 240
snack, yogurt parfait with granola, water, 156
lunch, soup, water, 300
dinner, refried beans, enchilada, water, 500

Cals, 1200
Water 3 L

Exercise, cleaned house really good 3 hours, grocery store, walmart, cleaned car, laundry

I went a little over 1200 cals. I had a piece of chocolate pie :)
Though I walked 3 miles in 45 minutes. I earned that pie damnit!

dinner, seving of Bran Flakes with 1/4 c 2% milk, water, 190
snack, toast with 0 cal spray Parkay, hot tea, 70

Cals - 880
Water - 3 L

No exersice today. After I got off work I had to go and get my oil changed and when I got home I had to mop, empty and load the dishwasher, fold laundry, put away, wash a few more loads.... then breath.

Tomorrow I am ordering Pizza for my staff at work. I will take a salad with me and limit myself to one piece.
 
Been super busy the past few days. I have been staying within my calories but have not been eating too healthy. Not so sure that I am going to make my goal of Christmas at 129. I will weigh in Christmas morning.

I will go back to posting my food journal the day after Christmas.

Shopping is done. Thank the Lord!!!
