I spent two days last week at a conference and the 3 days after in Austin with E. I had a great time, but I ate like a pig. 261 this morning. I was at 255 before the long weekend. I'm hoping to get back there quick and then stay on task and get that scale moving in the right direction.
I'm still running and day 300 is just a few days away.
Looking stupendous Q. More pics like the last one and I'll have to add a 'G' in front of that. Congrats on being so close to 300. I'm on my second straight day of no beer, so I have a similar streak going.

Well this was a list of indiscretions over the course of 5 days so it wasn't like I took two pancake breakfasts and melted cheese on it. I'll have to remember that for next time though.
Looks like a solid plan. Have you been tracking total miles as part of your running to date? Kind of wondering if 77.5 miles in October is going to be a big or gradual increase?
I would say doable, but not quite gradual. I haven't tracked in a while, but before this slump I was running 4 or 5 5Ks with a couple shorter runs a week. I'll be okay with it.
I weighed 285 at the beginning of the runstreak. That's 30 pounds in 300 days or a tenth of a pound a day. I've truly squandered the efforts lately with my diet, but that's the past. I'm firing on all cylinders again and I'll be using nothing but clean full to keep me running that way.
Thanks LaMa! I've been maintaining my weight for way too long and that needs to change.
So I weighed 254.6 at 26.4% BF this morning. Nearly identical from the last time I measured my weight and bf over a month ago. So it's good that I have not been gaining, but it's time to get things moving again. Since 240s isn't too far off I will reassess my goal on October 1st.
