Misread that 271 briefly and was like, "whoa, dude!" Then I realized that was your run streak and not your weight. Afraid I was going to have to come down there and bootcamp you. My R. Lee Ermey impersonation is not very good, so I wouldn't even be entertaining while doing it.
Please take it easy on your back. No more injuries is pretty much first priority, they get in the way of everything else.
As for the eating and calorie deficits, lemme know how it goes. My one worry with my current plan is that come October I'll find it really hard to go back to cut calories mode.
