From alpha testing to the QUERCUS 200

So taking it easy wasn't working for my back. This weekend I started to do stuff in the yard and that seemed to make my back feel better so I did more and was fine. The short of it is that I have been cutting down dead trees and replenishing the woodpile and my back is just a little whiny. I've kept the runs at a minimum because tree work takes a lot out of you when it's in the 90s. Last night was a tough mile. There is more gardening to be done and more trees to be cut. I downed and cleared three dead pines near our trail and two dead oaks were downed, cut up for the wood stove and stacked.

Hope your back continues to hold up Q. When does it cool down around there for you? We've still got a good month and a half of this stuff left.

Wood cutting & stacking is great physical work & so productive. I love it. Hope your back continues to improve Q, xoC

Firewood gives you plenty of chances for exercise before it heats the home. Recently had to go about stacking over three cord of firewood and it's great to have an exercise routine that provides benefits throughout the year.

Thanks LaMa!

Vee it has already gotten better with highs "just" in the 90s. We will be done with the heat this month.

Tru, I am not really comfortable with massages.

Thanks Cate! So true.

Thanks Mystic!

I'm really going to try to keep the house heated with just the stove this winter so I have lots more exercise ahead of me.

Yesterday 8:01 mile and felling a large dead red oak. I also stripped bark from some poles for future projects.

I'll take the blame. I made 4 dead trees where there was 1 so triple homicide in the 1st degree. The face cut directing the fall towards the victim shows premeditation.

So I ran a little more than 2 miles yesterday for day 280 of the run streak. All of my belts are too big now. I need to buy a new one, but I will drill new holes in the belt I already cut.

I'm not weighing and food has been good but not great. I was too pooped last night to work in the woods or yard and I went to bed early.
I'm feeling pretty good today except for being sore everywhere.

Amazing streak on the running and great work on shrinking below the limits of the belt loops. Running with the GPS watch and HR monitor these days?

Maybe I don´t have your old pictures in my brain too exactly but you look like a different person! Now quit playing around with your belt and come back here, you´re missed in this forum :)

Thank you lovely ladies! Here's one from my cataloge model portfolio.
