From alpha testing to the QUERCUS 200

LaMa where or what is this challenge? I could use some help. I ate 2575 calories yesterday. With about 800 being after dinner snacking. I weighed in at 254.6 this morning which sadly is lower than the last 3 days.

I ran 1.5 miles and hit the weights pretty hard. I also worked out in the heat for about an hour after, but then I was beat and let hunger get the best of me.

Extra work means extra calories burned and time away from temptation. Unfortunately it also means I'm tired and very hungry at the end of the day.
 
Cate, Kaplooie and me started a lose-6kg-the-healthy-way challenge (hence our tickers). No forfeits, just the honor. No central hub, just the diaries. Started on sunday I think, so it shouldn´t be a problem to catch up.
 
Sounds good LaMa, I'm in. I'll use today's weight as my starting point.
115.5 Kgs so the goal is 109.5 Kgs or 254.6 lbs to 243.2. I'll figure out the ticker once I'm on my laptop at home.

Ooo, that gives you a nice goal for this challenge; uhu tends to be a very emotional milestone for people in kilocountries :)

I hit a big PR tonight. A 7:55 mile on the track which bests my old time from late last week by 10 seconds. Now I'm laid up watching a movie and listening to my stomach growl.
 
253.0 lbs or 114.8 Kgs this morning - 1.6 lbs or - 0.7 Kgs.
I ate just below 1,900 calories yesterday.
I like pickles, but I'm trying to break the habit of eating after dinner.

Day 247 was a 30:15 5K which was a modest pace.
I weighed in at 251.8 early this morning which is a new low! - 2.8 pounds or - 1.3 Kg.

We went kayaking for a couple hours before it got too hot. Probably a minimum run tonight.
 
Do you remember when 30:15 for a 5k seemed so out of reach? And now it's just a modest pace. Congrats on the new low! I guess all this challenge talk was a good kick in the butt.
