Bad weekend. Went to an amusement park on Saturday with the parents and there was absolutely nothing good to eat alllllllllll daaaaaaaaaaay. I didn't even count calories that day, it was so awful. Sunday wasn't completely horrible, but probably ate more than I should have.
Today though I got back on the wagon. After I finish my apple here in a bit, I'll be at 1850 or so cals for the day. And I did something called a core workout for the last hour and started to do a bootcamp workout from FitTV, but after the "warm up session" I figured that it was probably not something I could get through as tired as I was. I'm going to be trying to get to alternate between light and heavy weights on alternating days to build up more muscle. AND break this darn plateau.
On the down side to my current daily menus, is that Friday we moved to a new building but they hadn't finished construction on all the rooms, which means no break room, which means no fridge. So if I want to have something refridgerated then I have to go over to the other building and put it in that fridge. Which is a good ten minute walk one way. Good exercise, yes. Taking that much time off of work, no. So it's going to be lots of canned soup, power bars, and fruit at work.
I'm so tired but I'm going to try to get up early tomorrow and actually work out before work. We'll see if it actually happens, I've been so tired in the mornings lately.
