Thanks everybody!!!! Well, I'm still 221.5 today. Hooray!! That's almost as exciting as yesterday.
I'm leaving to take my daughter to see Open Season. But I'll be back on later and I promise to catch up with everybody!!! I miss you guys soooooo much!!

Hey Manaloa,
I have only read the first couple of pages of your diary so far, but you sound like your doing great. Your diary has really given me the urge to go and buy a bike so I can ride to and from work in the afternoons (I work back at the gym from 5-8). I haven't ridden in so long and I have had no urge to walk because its been getting colder, but I think I may just start riding. Thank you for the motivation.

After dinner/before dessert workout - Leslie Sansone's walk/jog 30 minute workout + her 3 mile fat burning walk for 45 minutes. (I'm bushed)

Longtime no see! How have ya been? Good job on the
work out and calories! What exactly does flaxoil do? I came across
some when I dieted like over 5 years ago but it was actually a nasty
oil your suppose to put in food so ya cant taste it but I did and YUCK!
I heard back then that it curbs appetite thats probally why I bought
it! I never saw a pill form.Thank you for stopping my my diary and saying
