My brothers girlfriend wont allow my brother to eat certain foods, she gets really irate about it. Its so funny. One day i was wondering why she was going mad and not letting him eat perfectly good food that was healthy and asked and thats when i found out that apparently the 'side effects' were particularly bad :D
 
I'm sooo tired this morning. I was going to workout this morning, but I think I'm going to do it after work today.

Did you get your work out in? I was exhausted this morning and slept an extra 30, missing my workout. Since this is the day with my class, I didn't get home until it was too late to workout.

Write by posting!! was sick, feel better. Busy, busy. Will try to catch up this week, wish me luck. Still plateau-ing. :(
Really going to knuckle down and try to get all my workouts in. Going to try extra weight training to break plateau.
Been having a fresh salsa addiction lately.
