Don't try this at home

Do not like.

Sunday was seizure Sunday this weekend too. Not a major one, I even brought my running gear in yesterday, then got to lunch time and realised how stupid that would be.
Finger is healing well so should be working by the end of this week. I am determined this week will only be light by 1 run or an interval session, yet to decide which.

The age old dilemma - push/don't push...

I offer up our office motto - "Don't be a lunatic" for your consideration.

There wasn't really a choice. It should have been squats and I wasn't totally stable squatting without a weight on my shoulders so the session didn't happen.

Jump squats first and squats second, huh? Interesting choice. Why'd you go with that order, rather than the other way around?

Doing supersets so wanted something that enables me to go without rest. The jump squats are very partial on the bend, almost plyometric in reality, which at 120kg is all I can do. The impact and strain of that means that doing full squats just after with 120 without so much as a rerack means 120 is my 6RM.

If I had 2 bars I would do them the other way around, but getting that past the finance dept. aka wife, would not be easy.
