I am doing a good impression of the ascent of man at the moment. Over time walking increasingly more upright. It won't take long for me to be back to some training, I hurt less than I deserve for training with inadequate warm up, old enough to know better.
Only issue is that it's exactly the same spot, so I have created a weakness. I'll have to accept this for a good while too, even going as far as wearing a belt for heavy training, which sucks, but I have my wife's old one available so may as well.
