Having not been here for a while (crazy busy at work) there appears to be a nice bit of consistency, so while you are no doubt lamenting slow progress, it is good to see you back to steady, regular movement.
Well this weeks training disappeared in a bout of destroy it yourself and some enjoyment during holiday, not in the right proportions but this stuff has to be done.
Back wasn't wonderful after work I was doing but recovered well. So next week should be back to abnormality.
Just did a quick scan of your workouts - have to say I am pleasantly surprised to see you are seriously still holding back. Good for you! (Better for your back!!!). Autumn is coming, maybe the humidity and temperatures will let up soon. Our monsoon is usually over by now, but we are still getting wet on a regular basis so I can relate to the challenges of thick air workouts.
