Don't try this at home

If you can do closer feet heavy there's no point doing sumo. I am long limbed so this helps counter it but I had to work at it.
Right now I am only doing width of inside of rack, when I was aiming for real heavy I used to have toes against plates for the up, hold for confirmation at the top then turn ties in before the down to avoid crushing my toes. Best ever was 205, but that was after a year and a half doing only sumo style. ROM was less than 2 feet (around half a metre)
Adductors wise, they cause real issues when running, chaffing not good.

We went to the park yesterday to eat and play around and there is a "road" that circles part of the outer area of the park. I would say it's right at a mile around, maybe just shy of that. There was a guy there jogging it, at a steady 4 or 4 & 1/2 mph pace who was doing so for about a hour and a half. I know it was that long because being the weirdo that I am, I checked my watch when I saw him doing it because I wanted to know how long he was going to go. I can honestly say that in my days of good, steady running, I've never run as long as as consistently as this guy did. It wasn't the speed he was jogging that impressed me. It was the consistency with the time and the fact that he didn't even stop for water(that I saw anyway). He was nuts.

Tend to either be a pace runner or a plodder. I have always been a plodder so the distance makes no difference to my pace I just keep going until something gives out, which I remember having been heat a few times in the last year. I struggle drinking while I run, messes with my breathing, but I did learn the technique years ago. Not done it in so long would have to relearn now.

Unfortunately I run like a slack jawed idiot trying to inhale the entire local environment. I am many things while training, pretty is not one of them.
I wonder if I could drink via osmosis, there always seems to be plenty of water on my skin, should be able to use that.

Is this proof against evolution. Single celled organisms can gain water and nutrients by Osmosis but us supposedly more advanced complex organisms can't. Progress, my rear.

There is a good reason that I don't like DIY. Sunday involved moving concrete steps, among other things, one of them didn't like being moved and decided to seek revenge by crushing my finger between it and a wall. Nothing stupidly major, don't think there are any breaks, just swollen and bruised.
Had stuff to sort yesterday lunch so no run. Back to abnormal today hopefully.

Well I would love to give a sensible or serious reason for not doing today's intervals, but there isn't one. I was busy chatting with a colleague and lunch time disappeared into the ether. So no run.
Will do squats this evening!

Well aren't I doing well this week. Got to work and found a subtle lack of running gear in my bag. Seems as though my shoe rack will be ideally set to go for a run today.
