Couch POTATO to "MARATHON" HONEY! :)

It is EXCELLENT to have a supportive boyfriend. I may someday know what that's like, but at the moment I'm perfectly content not knowing.........whoooooooooo.......the Unknown! ;)

Can't wait to hug the smaller you in Vegas. Will you be drinking w/us in Vegas?

-congrats on no drinking for seven days tho :) I'm on day 12, but will be drinking a titch on Friday for a friends b-day.. oops...

YAY!!! JESS....for sure....WE WILL BOTH BE DRUNK....ALANE83 likes to drink too ;) don't worry!!! :smilielol5:....and I'm sure we can get another couple to fall prey!!! LOL
 
I can't wait to throw back a few rounds and shots to!! And of course you have to get one of the 2ft tall drinks in Vegas. The Paris has a cool one and so does that Mexican Restaurant in Luxor. yum...my mouth is watering!

LOL!! On Friday I'm drinking. NOT a ton, cuz as yummy as it is, its just like the food aspect- I know that THAT is what helped get me where I am, so I know that in MODERATION, (key word, that moderation :) ) I can still enjoy myself and the tasty red beer that I have been craving for almost two weeks!! :D BUT, when we get to Vegas, I'm freakishly excited to try these 2ft drinks that everyone is talking about...

I just want to say thank you there...MAC ;) I almost took a DAY off yesterday or would you say this past morning....cause it was 1:00 :eek: when I was reading your message....and I got INSPIRED to crush YOU and that MOUTH OF YOURS!!! :smash:

....Exercise Yesterday: 35 min. Brisk walk w/ bf & dog
30 min. Jillian Michael video-different EVERYDAY-:cuss:
20 min. Yoga Video/Stretching :Angel_anim:

...Food: My eating has been good, soy protein shakes, minimal sugar, minimal salt, NOT EXCLUDING it, just minimizing it....VITAMINS, HOT GREEN TEA, Water, Chicken Tenders w/ Lemon Seasoning only, Almonds & assorted Nuts,....the sweets have been satisfied with 100 calorie Packs of these Chips a Hoy little round malt looking balls.....oh well....GOTTA LIVE A LITTLE SOMEWHERE!!!!:sifone:

....I have NOW BEEN more inspired....to STICK TO IT EVERYDAY, maybe rest ONE DAY, and keep changing the variety and intensity of the workouts everyday, doing weights, cardio, yoga, incorporating the pilates again, and GONNA GONNA MELT and DO THIS EVEN IF THE CONSISTENCY KILLS ME!!!!

....CHEERS to myself....for DAY 10 of no DRINKING, and MAINLY :cheers2: CHEERS to myself for NOT CRAVING or MISSING the DRINKING!!!! sheeeeeaT I KNOW what I'm missing, and I ain't craving it!!!

...I don't think I've had this PASSION in my heart SINCE about 4 years AGO!!!
I'm EXCITED to see this AMAZING SIDE of myself BACK!!! I love it and MISS IT LIKE CRAZY WHEN it leaves me temporarily! BUT it's BACK...FULL THROTTLE BABY!!!!:coolgleamA: EAT YOUR HEART OUT BABY!!!!!!!!!
