I think i'm down for Sauna only though....i'm not sure i can take much more without dying....still deciding though.....i think it might be good for me to sweat all this crap out! Besides it's the one good place I could read and meditate......text me....

I have never done a challenge. You will have to show me how it is done....but be gentle ;)
hahaha....we can start a BABY one.....;)......think up some rules, and it's ON....we can brainstorm.....;)!!! I'm sure we can get a couple other people to fall prey to our challenge!!! :reddevil:
 
OK, so I am dumb, and relatively knew to the site. What are all these playmate groups about?
hahah....well....we started a challenge...and I'm on the Playmates....there are 3 teams....

the way it works : 1 point for 30 min. of cardio
1 point for 30 min. of weight training
1 bonus point for the weekly challenge---this week-taking vitamins

Then we add then...and see which team wins for the week, and wins for the month, and which team member wins overall, and which team member wins from each team...and in VEGAS we celebrate!

We are actually all meeting in Vegas......there are Two other teams...the Spartans, and the Hooters......:)

It's definitely more fun with a challenge....and keeps you more focused and competitive!
 
Day 2 of Not STARVING MY BODY!.

Breakfast: 2 eggs w/ 2-3 oz. of Tofu, mushrooms, tomato, goat cheese, parsley, low salt & 2 slices of Turkey Bacon

Snack: Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt w/ one banana and 6-7 blueberries, one scoop of Protein powder

Lunch: 2 slices of 100% whole wheat bread-40 cal ones
Turkey slices
Sprouts-Baby Spinach, Mixed Greens
Mustard
Tomato
Sparkling Mineral water---makes me feel like I'm drinking a beer--;)

Snack: 2 celery stalks
One tablespoon of peanut butter
1 light string cheese

Dinner:...to be decided....so far....fitday.com says......1093 cals for the day!

Oh no reason, I just usually LOVE the taste of beer SO MUCH.....:cry: Currently I'm not drinking beer, although in reality I drank 4 beers last week, 2 on Friday and 2 on Sunday and they didn't taste as good as I remembered. Beer was an acquired taste for me, anyway, and I went from preferring fruity beers and pale ales to chocolate stouts and porters.
