I have been reading all your post and you are all doing really well. I have just started with cohen's and am finding it really hard.
morning is really good but when it comes to 3 or 4 in the afternoon i need something really sweet. what can i do to get rid of this feeling.

Wow, seems alot has been happening since i last posted

!
I had my weigh in and measure yesterday, and am now down to 77kg!
The lady who took my blood test commented on how healthy and good i looked and asked what i was doing.... so out came the Cohen's story..... I also have a photo in my bag of me before Cohen's, when i was at the gym, Horse riding and walking in the mornings (Which i like to show people as a "Before Photo") and boy oh boy, is there a MASSIVE difference.
We have just finished filming our wedding invitation DVD, i am in togs and shorts, Halter neck tops, Skinny pants.... WOW. what a difference to actually see yourself on video. i don't look fat, i look normal next to my future Hubby, we look like a couple, rather than the guy who's with the fat chick!
I am looking forward to going back to exercising when i have completed my re feed, as i have never ever been this unfit, and when i was last at this size i was a ball of muscle (worked in a REALLY REALLY physical and active job).
Since i started Cohen's i haven't been near a gym, nor have i power walked the hill's that i used to, my exercise has consisted of regular Horse riding, Carting 30kg bags of horse feed & Hay, & Mowing Lawns! So i don't have the muscles or fitness level i used too. I'm not concerned though, cause those muscles are still around, and muscle memory helps you to tone up pretty quickly.
I was looking at my measurements yesterday ( i take them monthly) and i have lost between 12-14 cm off each of the following areas : Bust, Waist & Hips.
I am going to have to get some size 12's soon as my size 14's are now all falling off (i took my shorts off without undoing the buttons or zipper yesterday. I brought them 14th Dec 2006 and they were really
