The problem is that really this is just a forum of people who are following Cohen diet plan, it is a plan that if followed will lead to weight reductions. From my personal point of view, could there be a better way? my answer is "yes", could that way include more exercise again my answer would be "yes". My point is that if I was 123KG and want to be normal 80KG (and heathy), following Cohen diet will get me where I want to go. However suggesting/hinting that following the Cohen program will be at our "bodies expense" and "verge of heart failure" is just silly, I just see a classic Fear Uncertainty and Doubt comment.
So do you or others who posted part of any business that sells health and fitness products or diet suppliments ?

I am a personal trainer (NSCA certified) at the gym so I do sell my services, along with LV (trainer/nutritionist;certified), evo (strength coach;certified), Leigh (trainer;certified), steve (trainer;certified), tony, (trainer;certified).. And we're all here trying to help and expect nothing in return.
