Tuesday: 21/04/09 - 152.2kgs(335.5pounds) : (60min treadmill, aerobics class, weights)
Wednesday: 22/04/09 - 152.2kgs(335.5pounds) : (rest day)
Thursday: 23/04/09 - 151.5kgs(334pounds) : (60min treadmill, 45min aerobics class, weights)

Looks like you have had a good week so far for your exercise, keep up the good effort :)
 
thanks kimmy! yeah on one hand it feels really great to adjust my ticker daily, but on the other hand....there's still a loooong way to go, but i try to not let that get to me. So i'm keeping a positive mind all the way.
You are doing completely awesome!! Look at that number on the scale go down!! You are amazing
 
Week 8 of exercise: Thursday

okay, so yesterday was my rest day...and it's totally weird, i thought it would be BLISS but funny enough all i kept thinking was about the gym...i tell you this is a different me, not the me i used to know. Just 3 months ago i was ALLERGIC to exercise...but now i'm loving it...it's hard yes, but i'm loving it.

okay so today i thought i'd be energised for my workout since i had a rest day but instead felt kinda tired even before starting but kept on anyway.

today did:
-60min treadmill on incline
-45min aerobics class
-weights

tomorrow and saturday there's no aerobics classes, so will have to do two sessions of the treadmill on each day....bummer! it's just sooo boring! but will pump my ipod with some fast music to keep me upbeat

the good thing is that my knees aren't taking as much of a beating as they have been the past few weeks when i was doing the step-aerobics classes, i've decided to drop that class for good because i think it was doing my knees more harm than good....i'm sticking to the low-impact aerobics class and combat class.
 
sweet! yeah once you get started its kind of addicting huh?

i totally agree...it's addictive, thank goodness for that! everyday when i'm done with my workout i feel ontop of the world....and since i want to feel like that the next day i drag myself back to the gym...lol!
 
Wow, I'm glad I stopped by this thread, you remind me a lot of myself, similar weight and goals.

You REALLY inspire me, I cannot believe how much you exercise. It makes me want to get going more.

okay so today have weighed in at the same weight as yesterday, it's the second time this week i've weighed in at the same weight as a previous day....hmmm, i don't know what's going on because i'm eating better and working out more than last week, but last week was really great and this week has been good but not as great. i need to work on not being so hard on myself and appreciating any loss i get.
