Something that put a dampener on my day was G agreeing to be the secretary/treasurer at the AGM & us coming home with our little car packed to the rafters with boxes of stuff. I am so annoyed with him. I'm not going to help him. He has volunteered without any idea of how to operate a computer. He has enough trouble texting. Technology & G are not very compatible. He is going to call into the online centre today & see about doing a course, he says. This will be interesting to say the least. He knows how crabby I am about this. Actually he doesn't realise just how crabby I am, which may be a good thing. He's calling in to see the ex-secretary today to pick up something. When I asked him if he's picking up a computer he said "No. I think it's a stick or something." This could get interesting.
I aim to lose at least another kg in March & another kg each month & if I do that I will be back down to my happy weight by the end of the year. Today is a fast day (500 cals). I have a large celery soup made up & had a bowl for breakfast. I had added chilli to it & wish I hadn't. I'll remember that next time. I prefer plain food on FDs.
