That makes sense! Maybe I'll try a day here and there!!
It isn't easy. Well, some days are harder than others. Yesterday was tough & I went over - about 590 cals. I think it's harder in Winter.
Oh I started back on green tea again today funnily.
I applaud you for doing that fast. It sounds hard.
I drink herbal tea all the time & have done for years. Peppermint is my favourite, but I usually mix up brews, which can have any combination of Rooibos (African bush tea), Green tea with lemon myrtle, peppermint(I always have one of these in the mix), lemon & ginger, sometimes laxative tea(senna I think).....My sister thinks it's weird mixing them all up, but I love it. We always share a pot of espresso coffee first thing in the morning after breakfast & while I'm typing in here & then I don't have caffeine at all for the rest of the day usually. I have the occasional skinny cap when I'm out & about, but not often.
Yesterday- I was really hungry all afternoon, after having my FD soup. I'm wondering if I might do better not having anything at all until dinner time, so may just give that a try tomorrow. I know that it's early days yet & it takes time to get used to fasting.
Today- I had oats, almond milk, a banana & a teaspoon of honey for breakfast.
Dinner will be chop suey. Not sure about lunch. Maybe "bits & pieces"- salad items with crackers. I'll "encourage" G to make a hummus.
I have been asked if I would be interested in participating in an SBS documentary on MCS. This freaks me out, but at the same time, is an opportunity to try to get the message across about it as that is half the problem. I'm not sure what to do really. The thought makes me very nervous!
