That's funny Emily. I like the time difference too. It's fun being first to celebrate New Year etc. It's also fun having Summer when you're having Winter, but not so much fun when it's the opposite

I will really try to lose this 5kg. REALLY try! I maybe won't weigh every day, but I need to weigh twice a week at least. I am stealing part of Brawny's March plan. I plan on doing 200,000 steps minimum. I want to lose 3kg. I think I may have to have another crack at 5:2! I do not want to go to Sri Lanka feeling uncomfortable.
I played golf today in 30 degree heat. Quite a few didn't actually finish. It felt much hotter. 30 degrees C in Tasmania feels
much hotter than that. I played fairly ordinary, but I enjoyed my day. I have done 12,163 steps so far.
All in all, day 1 of the month of March was mostly good. As Kate (hunibun says onwards & upwards)
