Hey Cassie, I like those sneaky workout instructors who stretch out the time, I push myself to do the first 10, and then when I think I'm at my peak, I have to squeak out 5 more. I think it's a good (but admittedly sneaky) trick to get more effort out of us. But, you're gonna thank him because that works! Pushing your limits is very good for the body, and those inches are going to have nowhere to hide! Good job!

AAAAAAAAAACK!!! Okay, so I had JUST finished my posting/ replying to everyone and I GOT DISCONNECTED FROM THE NET!!! :mad: Don't they realize that some things need to be rescued from things like this?!?!?!?!?!?! Grrr!!!

Okay gonna send this bit by bit incase it decides to do it again (it had better NOT!!)....

First.... I must confess... I FELL ASLEEP IN HUBBY'S CHAIR AT 630 LAST NIGHT!!! Pretty bad when the kids have to wake you up to say goodnight before they go to bed AT 730!!!!! LOL Oops! :eek:

Second, since I DIDN'T make it back last night....

Dinner last night was YUMMY!

Homemade Mexicalli veggie soup (1 point b/c I am a piggy)
6 oz cooked chicken breast (6)
1 C skim milk (2)

Total points for the day: 24 :D

Total water: 64 oz.

On to you guys' now :D

Good mornin' :D Well, I WISH I could turn on the tv!! Hubby is a very light sleeper so if I turned it down to where it wouldn't bother him, then I wouldn't be able to hear it over the darned furnace! LOL So, I just come here to bug y'all :D hehehehe

I got more sleep - 350, so thats an hour and a half longer than yesterday :rolleyes: LOL

LMAO!!!! Lazy ol' brad indeed!!!! You would have been bored. The first few days would be a mini vacation, but the rest would just turn out to all be the same.. Nope, you'da been bored :D

Most times I think I AM getting the sleep I need since it doesn't seem to bother me too badly during the day - I just crash earlier and earlier :rolleyes: I sure would love to sleep in until 7 on the weekends I don't work though!!!

I don't mind 'em if they can take my mouthin' off :D Its my "blowin' off the pain" method - makes a body feel GREAT! LOL I always expect a lot of myself anyway, but then BOB happens and I have to expect more ... he gets it :rolleyes: Limits are shot! LOL These inches better get runnin' since I am so sick of lookin' at 'em! LOL

OMGoodness!OMGoodness!! I just finished BL#3 - I didn't realize 20 minutes was SO LONG!!!!! LOL My arms are dead and I haven't been to work yet!! LOL Its great! (sick ain't I?! LOL) Now I gotta shower since I don't think coworkers will wanna smell me :D hehehehe

addition to food for today:

my mexicali veg. soup (1 point for piggy portion)
w/ turkey kielbasa (4)

large apple (2)
1 C skim milk (2) - post workout snack :)

turkey sandwich on light wheat w/ cheese and 2T miracle whip (6)

Not sure about dinner yet :rolleyes:
 
Hi! OK - my kickboxing instructor has the opposite problem: He says, "Five more!" And then after two, he starts a new move. It's very confusing! Great job on keeping wtih the BL workout. I'm impressed!!!
 
WOO HOO!! Cassie you are kickin some butt with that BL DVD.. Maybe if I miss the gym tonight, I'll do that instead. :D Yes those 20 minutes seem like hours when your working out with CRAZED BOB!! ;)

Keep up the fabulous work.. oh and your not sick. when my muscles feel sore, I always feel like I REALLY accomplished something!
 
Cassie I Tell Ya I Am Losing Weight And Inches And I Feel It More And More But It Does Get Easier !!!!! I Just Love It Also I Cant Wait For The Challenge We Will Be Skinny And Toned In No Time!

MO2, that instructor is nuts! LOL Are you sure he knows how to count past two??? Maybe he got hit in the head once too many times??? LOL I love kickboxing. Don't have the space here and the gym is just to far to make it worth it so I punish myself here with BL and Tae Bo :D

Tina, I WISH I felt like that!!! I REALLY wanna sneak at the scale but I am making myself wait until Saturdays final weigh in :D I certainly don't FEEL like I am - and I am blaming it on upcoming TOM!! :rolleyes:

Peanut Tam!!! :D I am afraid, like WW, if I choose to NOT do it one day, then I won't do it again. I tend to be like that and I really don't want to quit something that helps in the long run (even if, in the "short run", it really makes me ache! LOL). I MUST DO IT EVERY DAY, I MUST DO IT EVERY DAY... :D Why did I definitely need that shower? LOL Could you smell me down there too???? LOL :p :D
