Hey Cassie, I like those sneaky workout instructors who stretch out the time, I push myself to do the first 10, and then when I think I'm at my peak, I have to squeak out 5 more. I think it's a good (but admittedly sneaky) trick to get more effort out of us. But, you're gonna thank him because that works! Pushing your limits is very good for the body, and those inches are going to have nowhere to hide! Good job!
