Hi all! Nutty Buddy, I was up, out, kids at daycare, and started work by 6 am :D Yup, kinda nuts this mornin' is right. Right now isn't much better, but I am eating and "chattin'" at the same time again :rolleyes:

NewLeaf, early bird catches the worm! I get to catch the sun instead as it comes up :D I love early mornings! hehehe SIck ain't I??? LOL Work was a BIT easier on me today! LOL I woke up sore all over though. LOL

Well, no time for diaries - gotta stuff my face, fill the kids' face and get them to docs an hour away for their med. check :rolleyes: Man what a day!!!! *sigh* Oh well, almost over....

Hey cassie!!! First of all- thanks for "dusting" my journal off..lol... it was really nice to come back after that small hiatis(sp?) and see my journal on page 1 :D!
And I hafta say- Your food sounds sooooo good, I am so jealous about that... I have a lot of lean cusines in my fridge, those are good of course, but next Monday I have the whole day off of work and I'm gonna find a super friggin complicated recipe, and I'm gonna MAKE myself cook. I am too old to not know how to cook, lol.

Anyways- have a good day!!! And good job on the owrkout!

MO2, I get them at Shaws but most grocery stores would have these. They are Dannon Light 'n Fit 6oz yogurt cups. They are sweetened with splenda as opposed to aspartame and sacchrine (I am allergic to those so this is my only FF option). THey aren't bad. I am NOT a yogurt lover by anymeans but I like the strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry ones. Peach just isn't my thing :rolleyes: I buy them by the case at the wholesale club when I travel into town but try ONE just incase you find you dont like 'em :D There are a lot of us on the WW wagon! Theres always room for one more :D

Jess, cooking is my stress reliever - I just have to remember to not eat it all at once! LOL I usually pick one weekend day, or one day off, and cook a bunch of things to freeze for the week. I got some dishes that have 3 compartments (main dish, veg, and something else) - I make my own frozen meals so that I reduce my "I don't have time" bad food choices and at the same time I know what goes into it :rolleyes:


Okay, so get this crap! THis morning I woke up at 220!!! WTF!!! I mean, I laid in bed until 450 TRYING to go back to sleep - no luck! I am gonna be toast by the time I get out of work - and I will STILL have to help with homework, get dinner, and all that other fun stuff! Man, WHY do I Keep getting up so early?!?!?! 4 I can handle , even 330, but 220??? I DONT THINK SO!!!! I DO feel totally rested but I know it'll hit me like a ton of bricks later on! Oh, the frustration! LOL

Okay. Just finished my BL workout :D YAY ME!! !LOL I did the Low Intensity Cardio with all of the adjustments for a "higher burn" - thought I was gonna die, but I did it! :D Ya know, turning a TEN count into 15 is NOT okay, Bob, I mean really!! Take pity on us poor souls would ya?! On second thought, dish it out if you can take my mouthin' off!!! LOL hehhehehe

Good morning Cassie!! Ok, ok, so to you it probably already feels like afternoon! Sheesh, that is too early to get up! Maybe when my kid woke up screaming last night, it woke you up too. Lol! :D :rolleyes: I know what you mean about the yogurt. I can't much stand it either. The only kind I can eat is the yoplait whips because it has a different texture and not so tart. Great job on getting in that workout again this morning! Have a great day! :D

Dana, PLEASE tell me how to fix my broken "Clock"!!! LOL I am not tired YET, but man, when I get a chance to relax ( after I make our dinners) it is gonna send me low FAST!!! :rolleyes: If I dont' work out in the a.m. I won't do my dvds at all - I don't like people to watch me - If hubby doesn't leave in time for me to fit it in, I made a deal with myself that I have to jog at least 2 miles. Lets face it, I dont' want to have to call an ambulance!!! LOL

Hey ya Tina:D Tell ya, these pounds and inches had BETTER be goin'!!! LOL I am gettin' sick of seein' 'em!! hehehehehe

Hi there! Gosh that dvd sounds great! I will have to get one and give it a shot. As for the 2:20 - ugh! That happens to me all too much. I usually have to go to the sofa and turn on the tv. Works like a charm!
