NewLeaf, My body "clock" seems to like that time of "day" :rolleyes: When I git tired I REALLY git tired though! LOL I crash hard about 730 - 8pm! LOL This chick turns into a squashed punkin fast! hehhehe


Fluff, It feels GREAT!!! :D Its TANGIBLE proof that what I'm doing is working (albeit slowly). Thanks :D

Kate, YOU HAVE GOT THAT RIGHT!! LOL I am gonna get me a "new" wardrobe when I get to my goal - heck, I might get a few "motivation" pieces when I reach my mini goal :D I love second hand stores - I tend to find what I like easier and at a much better price :D

well, worked until 1130 then spent time with hubby. We went for a walk along the icy lake shore and through the state park near by (its closed for the season). Then we went to lunch at a place I got to pic :D Wait til ya see :D I was such a good girl!

SUBWAY roasted chicken, 6" w/ no cheese and Fat free honey mustard dressing - It was SO good!!!
2 WW (single pieces) mint patties

total points today: 24 (later I might have roasted veggies, but they are 0 points for the ones I am havin' )

water today: 64 oz

total calories...... 1194 hehehehe That was just for you Nutty Buddy! LOL Feel better now :D You can thank Subway for that ( 430 cals in that bugger! LOL)

k, off to waltz with the wizard!

I'm glad he went too. It takes me two steps to his one to keep up - it was kinda like the race awalking I do! LOL Man, are my legs short!!! LOL

I got the WW candies at Brooks Pharmacy, but most grocery stores have them too. I usually look for them at discount stores though since they can be pricey... Brooks had these on sale for 50% off :D
 
Lol! I know what you mean. I can never keep up with my hubby unless he is walking slower than normal. :rolleyes: I'm sure you are going to get up EARLY again in the morning, so I just want to get this in early since I never get to tell until you have been up for hours. Good morning! :D

ROFLMAO!!!!! That is too funny!!!! LOL Well, this mornin' I was up at 425 and made myself stay in bed until the cat started in yowlin' at 530 :rolleyes: Man, that sucked! I ended up thinkin' of all the things I have to do today and hopin' the good Lord will make that scale move in the right direction tomorrow :eek: Yeesh! I think, next time, I will just get up!!! LOL

So, haven't had breakfast - will when hubby leaves to go with a friend so he doesn't have to crab about the dishes :D

Okay, back again :D

You HAVE to see this bowl of breakfast!!! LOL IT'S HUGE yet its only a few points and not a lot of calories (sorry, peanutty buddy ;) ). It would seriously serve two (if you added toast) - I hope I can eat it all!!!! (Yes, nutty buddy, I am achewin' and achattin'! LOL)

So food so far...

Turkey kielbasa w/ scrambled egg whites, onions, mushrooms, salsa, peppers, and fresh parm. cheese (makes more than it looks like!!! LOL)
Skim milk

total points so far:8 (right on target :D )

no idea on calories yet, but not my 400 I don't think... off to see :D

On edit: Yup! I made my 400 for breakfast too :D 406! LOL There ya are Nutty Buddy :D

Good morning! Even though you have been up for hours! You have been doing so good with those points and even getting in all your calories most days. That scale just has to move downward tomorrow! :D
 
I did it! LOL I just got back from wallking/jogging 4 miles - and NO INHALER NEEDED!!! YAY!! I really wanted to do 6 miles, but I jogged more this mornin' than I have been so I was really draggin' by the time I jogged into the driveway :rolleyes: I demanded more and got more though so I am not gonna get too upset about that missin' two miles. Besides, if I had to choose between using my inhaler to jog another two miles or stopping at 4 and NOT using it, I'd take the no inhaler route - I can always work up to 6 and no inhaler :D

Okay now, that I've rambled your ears off ...

Add one small 'naner for snack (1)

By the way, I thought a banana was 2 points, or is that just for a medium one?
 
1 point for up to 6 7/8" long - all others are 2 points :D So I eat two small ones when I really want a BIG banana :D hehehehe such a sneak!!!

By the way, if all other bananas are 2 points and the small is 1, how is it being sneaky to have two small ones? It still is 2 points. :confused:

Um, I get 12" of banana for the 7" "price" - I mean, come on - have you ever seen a 12" banana???? ROFLMAO!!!!!
