Okay, so I know I'll try anything once, but I have tried these three different times cooked three different ways and CANNOT get them to taste good enough to eat!!!! LOL

Dinner was 1 1/2 morning star farms veggie "hot dogs" (hey, I am trying to find a healthy alternative to my fave hot dogs - no luck) * blech, spit, choke, yuck!!!*

total points for day: 24
total water: 64 oz

tomorrow is weigh day. I HOPE like crazy that the scale says at least 185 - 186!!! If it doesn't move, the battery gets removed!

The pre-challenge challenge starts tomorrow:D Yay!! That'll kick this stubborn weight in the butt! So :p on IT!!! :D The other two challenges start in a week! Double Yay! :D SO geared up I have been driving hubby insane!!! LOL

K, gotta turn into a punkin now :D See ya t'morrow :D
 
If they were that bad, how did you manage to eat 1 1/2? Lol!

You have been doing so good on your points this week. I sure hope you get a good number tomorrow! :D
 
Mornin' Nutty Buddy:) I only managed to eat 1 1/2 b/c I covered them in mustard - I left the other half b/c the mustard was getting strong and I decided that I wasn't THAT hungry anymore :rolleyes: LOL

Well, all in all, I am disappointed with my weigh-in. I only lost a pound. HOWEVER, when I consider the fact that Aunt Flo is creepin' up like a bad pair of panties, it isn't so bad - I usually gain when that happens. Maybe I'll show this huge loss in the end????? I hope so.

Not sure on breakfast or anything yet... will hafta post it tonight.

gotta run. will pop into diaries tonight :D
 
I can't manage the "healthy dogs." Have you tried the lowfat beef ones? Still a tad high in cal, but if you only eat one very good hot dog...
Congrats on the one pound loss. One pound gone FOREVER! Damn, that's good!

LOL Hi Scrappy :D I have tried the lowfat beef ones and I have found they make me feel rather sick. My fave "low" fat hot dogs are the chicken/ turkey ones. They are still higher than I prefer, though :rolleyes: Yup, one pound gone forever... when you put it that way, it really doesn't seem so bad. Especially when I recall a poem I have called "just one pound" .... Hmmmmm.... I think I'll post it here so others can peek at it. It something I keep to look at... :D


Well, squeezed in my BLdvd this mornin' :D I did the 20 minute bootcamp so that I could get it in after hubby left but before the kids got up :D Now every part of my body is shakin' like a leaf in the wind! LOL

Food so far (and planned) for today...

turkey kielbasa on light wheat bread (4) - before workout to give me something to run on


FF yogurt (2)
protein shake (2) - after BL to give me something to run on until lunch :D


Curry chicken salad w/ raisin/cranberry mix and celery (7)

that leaves 9pts for after work/dinner time :D


Water so far: 32 oz

okay - time to get the kiddies up and hop into the shower super-fast! :D
 
Good morning Nutty Buddy! Don't be disappointed at all! One pound is still great. Those pounds add up, remember? And like you said, you may show a bigger loss after that TOM is over. Good job on getting in the BL dvd this morning! :D
 
20 min boot camp this time of day?? now that takes committment!

HH is right, 1 pd adds up, its slow and steady that wins the race!
 
Congrats on the one pound weight loss. Dont feel disappointed! Every little bit helps! One pound is still one pound toward your ultimate goal!

I have been thinking about getting the BL dvd. Everyone seems to like it. May have to look into that. I have never really used a workout dvd. Would this be a good one to start with, or should I try something easier first??

Hey Cassie, I agree, one pound gone forever is a great way to think of it. I would rather have slow progress any day than the yo-yoing I've done for years. Be proud, be strong, keep it up!

Hey, maybe its a pound TODAY, but keep goin for it, and it may just be TWO or even THREE next go round! its how it works sometimes~

Hey ya, Nutty Buddy! Can't wait for TOM to get here (1 week :rolleyes: ) so it can hurry up and GO!!!! Its the two weeks before that really kill me! Sheesh! LOL Yup, those pounds do add up :D I mean, 1 punch and its "oh is that it?" but if someone pounds ya a lotta times - it REALLY hurts! LOL

LOL Korrie, if I didnt' do it at 630 I wasn't gonna do it at all! LOL I dont' like to have my family watch me - I feel like an elephant tap dancing and most likely look like one too!! LOL Slow and steady wins the race all right :D This chick is ready to kick that hares butt!

Hey ya Fluff! Um.. I think the BL dvd would be okay to start with since they do offer an alternative move if you need it. It won't be easy (hell, it isnt' easy for me and I do tae-bo!!!:rolleyes: ) but its really effective and offers a 20 minute boot camp for the days you don't have time for the whole workout :D I really like it.

Kate, I HOPE thats how it will work from here on out!!! :D At least I am beyond the month long plateau! That really sucked!!! Um, as for the butt-floss... I HATE that!!! LOL If that crack were meant to hold something, the good Lord woulda given ya hands there!!! LOL
 
okay, so work was an experience in itself!!! LOL My arms were lead weights b/c of the workout this morning so I kept over flowing my squeeze bottle of chocolate! Can anyone say "holy sweet mess!"? LOL The measuring cup I fill my bottle with gets to weighing about 5 pounds after the third fill or so :rolleyes: It felt more like 50!! LOL Man!!! I still plan on doing my workouts in the morning though - I just have to condition my muscles to work harder :p :D hehehehehee My legs ache but its a good, " these muscles did good today" ache :D

Rest of my foood for today....

chicken with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and pasta sauce (8):D Made SOOOO much and I am SOOOOO FULL!!! LOL
1/2 C skim milk (1)

total points today: 24 :D bingo! LOL

not counting cals anymore - sorry Nutty Buddy! They fluctuate so badly with the points system that it drives me nuts!! LOL I am SURE though, that if I keep to my points level I will hit all I need to for cals - or pretty close :D

Hey Nutty Buddy! Ok, so I won't gripe at you for not counting calories on top of keeping up with the points. You are doing great on the points though! Always right on the dot! Hopefully, getting all of your points will get you close to what you need in calories.

Hope work goes better tomorrow. That workout will eventually get easier! Lol! :D
 
LOL the workout HAS to get easier!!! LOL I don't think my aching muscles can work that hard all day!!!! LOL Its easier for me to keep "right on the dot" with my points since its all foods I have taught myself to eat regularly anyway. I had to teach myself to cook all over again when I took over dietary cooking for a company I worked for... I got healthier as a bonus :D
