lol ok. i never go to bed hungry. i usually eat SOMETHING before bed. ill just try harder to make it cottage cheese with cinnamon instead of left over steak 
my 8 pack is taking more and more form i noticed after each workout. after i finish my ab exercises i just take a quick look in the mirror and i notice i can see my abs more and more without having to flex them. it doesnt hurt to constantly keep the hard/flexed right? that only tightens them more?
