lol well if you read the bottom of the first picture he has 3.7% bodyfat, so you need to get about 5 calories a day for about a month lol.. jk, but abs like that are very difficult. there is not a set number for calories, but think about what you ate before you were eating right, and calculate those calories and subtract about 350 from that, and each week following take off another 100. until you reach prob 15 or 1600. depending on how dedicated you are, maybe you should look into the velocity diet. it's pretty sick, but it'll give results.
