Bigger/cut arms?

lol well if you read the bottom of the first picture he has 3.7% bodyfat, so you need to get about 5 calories a day for about a month lol.. jk, but abs like that are very difficult. there is not a set number for calories, but think about what you ate before you were eating right, and calculate those calories and subtract about 350 from that, and each week following take off another 100. until you reach prob 15 or 1600. depending on how dedicated you are, maybe you should look into the velocity diet. it's pretty sick, but it'll give results.
 
yea ive searched for the velocity diet...cant figure out what im supposed to do. if u could explain it (yet another reason to consider me a pain in the ass), id greatly appriciate it. im incredibly dedicated. my #1 goal isnt school (i do good anyway), isnt my girlfriend (she wouldnt care if i was as big as the new pope), nothing. i want the body i know i want and thats that. and im going to do literally whatever the hell it takes to get it as fast as possible. just lead me the way, and ill do it.

i know they're long articles, but look over them. then, once you read them, if there are things you still don't understand, or plain just don't know, then ask about them.. it's a very extreme diet, i am very dedicated to bettering myself, but im still thinking about doing this before actually doing it. how old are you by the way?
 
i want complete honesty..i know u guys are really nice and encourage ppl, but sell it to me straight. do u think i can get the body i want by july? not necessarily that guy in the pic lol obviously that takes years...but somewhere in my goal area?

if what u just said was the truth,then you cant be a motivational speaker....because they lie and give optimistic speeches to make ppl feel better. ;)
 
shinra, on the real, you're going to be in great shape for Italy if you work hard. just work hard, and be happy with what you got already. might I ask... where are you going in Italy?
 
landing and stationed in rome, going to florence, naples, sicily, and a few of the other southern regions. its gonna be me, and 20 friends of mine. about 8 guys and 12 girls. yet theres another reason im trying to shape up lol.
 
update: tonite was my girlfriends junior prom. i had pasta, ribs, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, steak, and topped it off with cappucino ice cream and half a heated brownie with vanilla ice cream. god DAMN do i feel good lol. is that a once in a life time event? yes. will it ever happen again? hell no. do i regret doing it? F*** NO!!! lol. sorry, gotta enjoy life once and a while right? besides, my abs aint goin anywhere, if a little more fat piles on top of em, so be it i like a challenge. :p

is there something im missing here?

we burn about 2000 calories a day normally right?

so if i eat 1500 calories a day, no matter where it comes from, i still keep off 500 calories a day. over the course of one week, thats one pound of fat off. so why are we eating all natural foods and doing cardio again?
 
you still want to be healthy.. not just lose weight. and if you can take in 1500 calories, and do cario to burn 500 calories, that's 1000 under the average for that day.. no to mention cardio keeps the ol' heart kickin..
 
ahhh very true. not that i was gonna go off or anything i was just thinkin about that today while i was falling asleep in calculus class.

oh another thing i was pondering in my insanely useless calculus class...

is it possible for me to take a cardio day away? currently this is what i do:

monday: HIIT 20 minutes PLUS work from 5-10 in which im either a waiter (constantly moving on my feet) or delivery guy (constantly running on my feet lol)

wednesday: HIIT 20 minutes

thursday: same as monday
friday: same as monday

sunday: basketball for 2 hours straight. (usually play about 4-5 games one after the other)
 
5 times a week isn't over doing it. to reach your goal will be an adventure, this will make it quicker. have you decided on that velocity diet? i think im going to begin next week (when i have the $$ to buy that many shakes & supplements)
 
i was thinkin to myself...i came this far in 3 months....3 months of on and off, bsing around, and in that time ive lost 4 inches on my waist, 20 pounds, dropped into the single digits bf%, and gained a bit of definition. im gonna spend the next 3 months that i have (until italy) continuing with the new knowledge i have from you and wolverine and fil and everyone else who helped me, cutting out the bsing and cheating and breaks i took earlier. will i reach the end of my adventure by that time? i dont think its possible even with extreme dedication, but by then i will be that much closer to it. the velocity diet is just so incredibly extreme that i dont feel its worth the sacrifice. thanks for introducing it to me though, i will do it someday...just to see its effects. :)
