Bigger/cut arms?

**EMERGENCY**

Almost forgot about this. In approximately 6 days and 13 hours I will be playing the role of Jesus Christ in Jesus Christ Superstar being put on at our local company theatre. That means no shirt when I'm up on the cross. Anything I can do to get like speed abs/flatter stomach? I mean I'm really not that bad, I actually could go up as it is and not feel embarressed because I'm not fat or anything. But is there anyway for a quick fix?

well about an hour before go to a sauna, that will help release all the water in your skin making you appear more cut for a few hours until your body rehydrates itself

thanks mreik but sadly i haveta be there 2 hours b4 the actually show. its ok ill just do whatever i gotta do. :) anyway. an update - ive done a different arm routine lately that has shown the most improvement out of any of my routines.

Triceps - isolation wall push, dip backs, kickbacks, diamond pushups (once lol)
Biceps - 1 set of 8 for each arm, on 8th i hold @ 90 degree angle until i literally cannot hold it there anymore. it gives my biceps such a burn and they feel comepletely worked after doing it. thats all i do for my biceps and ive noticed a significant increase in cut and size. size probably comes from the lifting and the cuts are probably coming from doing the 8 reps.

oh and i havent been eating 175g of protein (my body weight worth). more like 60-80 grams a day, and im still noticed muscle gain so apparently that protein thing isnt for everyone. thanks everyone. anymore ideas keepem comin!

What is an isolation wall push? Oh and the diamond pushups are great... They are really effective, at least with me they have been...

ur triceps BULDGE (if u have any) when u do this isolation. try doing it for 10 seconds. back to a wall - then put ur hands against the wall, as if u were going lean on it, but dont. keep ur back straight, about an inch from the wall, and push against the wall, as if u were trying to move the wall. push it as hard as u can, flexing ur triceps while ur doing it. then repeat about 3-4 times. hold for 10 secs. if u do it right, ull feel it. trust me.

that's actually called an isometric exercise (if i understood correctly), and are supposed to yield great visual results (i know they work for me, although i have never tried that particular one)

Gonna google up some pics so I do it at home ;)

when you google, google static exercises. that's what they're commonly known as now i think. you can do them with just about any exercise, with a spotter of coarse because you're looking to reach failure. you could do it with bench press, curls, tricep extension, about 75% of all weighted exercises you can do em. just hold the bar or the weight right in the middle of it's movement range and keep it their until you can't any more (hence why you need a spotter)

ok quick update. WOW, been doing the bicep isolation thingy after just one set of normal bicep curls with a 25lb dumbells. AMAZING. i can see a huge improvement in shape and size in just 4 workouts using the new technique. i highly highly recommend it. im not as big as mreik lol but my arms are gettin there!

i have a quick question. in exactly 4 months ill be in italy for 10 days with a group of friends (and that includes girls). im hoping to have a really solid looking 6 pack by then. if i were to upload a picture of my body in its current state, u think u guys could direct me on how far i am from my goal etc?

You bet! And I'm not just saying that too get a free pic. No, really. Seriously. For sure.

Please remember that this is not a family site so make sure the pic is completely inapropriate. Thank you.

four months? thats smart to be thinking about it now. depending on your situation, it could take weeks or months to get that six pack solid. good luck!

Now help me!!! lol.
i would probably suggest eating better.. the normal 6 meals high in protein, about the same size, 3 hours apart. low sugar, no white bread, etc... anyways a diet like that will make abs visable. weighted crunches, weighted russian twists, and leg lifts, will make them buldge

it depends on a couple of things, but mainly how dedicated you are.. if you stick to it, no cheat meals, workout w/some cardio.. i would guesstimate (evey1 is different) ~2 months??

cool. here's my plan. HIIIT every other day for 20 mins. along with my usual workout routine. however with abs i plan to do weighted crunches, leg raises, and weighted russian twists.

my problem is i have dumbells, not plates. so how would i go about doing a russian twist and a weighted crunch with those? put the weight behind my head?

deformed ugly body? what are you talking about? if you had to go to the beach now you're be fine. your stomach is already presentable. now, get your crunches in, HIIT and high protein meals and youll be good to go.

thanks for tryin to cheer me up lol. but i also wouldnt *mind* having a buldging six pack lol. thanks for the info tho u guys!
