time for a little update. (thanks btw wolvie)
ive changed the routine up slightly. instead of doing biceps and triceps on two separate days, ive changed it to a M/W/F routine consisting of the arms altogether. so it looks like this:
Monday: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Chest/Shoulders/Legs (simply not important to me and my goals but dont want them looking like crap either so i gave them their own day)
Diet remains the usual healthy crap only.
Is this good?
