Bigger/cut arms?

right on man! defintly some definition in those abs!!! keep it up! do you do weighted sit ups?? nice biceps to. your going to be beastly in a few more months!!! laughs out loud to the last picture!! ahha good attitude =p
 
ive been totally off my whole freakin schedule the past 2 weeks. since i said i was doing bad from prom weekend ive been messing up. i havent worked out since..once again, last wednesday, and ive been eating alot of ****. healthy ****, but alot of bad **** too. i need some sort encouragement to get back into things. this sucks too cuz just as things were really moving along and im so close to both my goal, and my goal date.:(
 
yeah, do you have a friend you can compete with? for instance, my roomate.. he has bigger pecs then i, so he is my motivation to get bigger then him! i think im going to start taking some weight lifting supplements as well btw. lol randomness.
 
shinra, first of all, you've been workin out for a hard time. your body is subtly tellin u need a few days off.

from what ive seen, if you eat super super clean, and then have a few cheat meals, you get BETTER results than if you never ate the cheat meal. here's why I think that: i read some diet on t-nation that you have to shock your body to get it to burn fat as well as it can. for example, shock it by having one day a boatload of calories, the next day not so much. this keeps your body clueless to whether u will be able to fast or not. and what way better than to do that with a few cheat meals. if i am wrong, hey, its been working for me. maybe its because cheat meals make u happy and thus u lose fat from less stress.

in closing, stop whining so much and hit the gym. come on, man, you made great results already, so stop being a wuss and hit the weights so you can EVEN more results. and competition is great but not so great cause it can make u sad because you focus on other ppl instead of yourself.
 
time for a little update. (thanks btw wolvie)

ive changed the routine up slightly. instead of doing biceps and triceps on two separate days, ive changed it to a M/W/F routine consisting of the arms altogether. so it looks like this:

Monday: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Chest/Shoulders/Legs (simply not important to me and my goals but dont want them looking like crap either so i gave them their own day)

Diet remains the usual healthy crap only. :)

Is this good?
 
depends on what you can handle I would say. I couldn't do it like that, by friday I wouldn't be able to lift a cup of tea. but try it and see if you can keep it up. If you're not pushing as much weight by friday I'd say it's too intense on your arms

Uhhh... might want to put some back exercises in there also.

all i know is, is that i literally have exactly 6 weeks left to get this goal of mine you have all been so irritably informed about over and over agian. sure ive come a long way, but i just realistically dont see me reaching it by italy. im not putting myself down or whining or anything, just bein honest. i dont think i can do it in 6 weeks.
 
im using a 25lb, holding it behind my head as i do crunches. ive realized im not doing a complete crunch, but i know you guys said weighted crunches make ur abs bulge. would using a 10lb dumbell, and being able to do complete crunches and alot more of them be more buldge effective?
 
well heres a quick update.

im now doing 15x10 of 10lb weighted crunches every other day (gotta step it up im running out of time!)

for arms im doing 8x10 w/ 20lb dumbell curls/hammer curls, and for triceps im doing 8x10 w/25lb overhead extensions.

im following this high set/rep moderate weight thing cuz apparently its quickest for muscle size gains.

25 days exactly til italy. my goal is nearing but idk if im gonna make it in time! wish me luck! my final progress pics before italy will be posted on july 17th (so wolvie can see'em before he goes to italy)

im so close to my goal yet so far! feel free to throw in any last minute tips!
 
Is that 150 crunches? that's a lot, let us know if it gives good results, personally I've gotten better results with between 60-75 crunches per workout.

Anyway, you'll get there man!! pump those muscles!!
