Jeez it's like my questions never seem to end. Even I realize how many questions I've asked. Don't you guys ever just wanna say "Ok shinra...enough..stop asking questions."? Bear with me though, I think we're nearing the end of my search for answers lol.
Anyways. I've got a few questions. First of all, I'm thinking of giving up the running on the treadmil thing altogether now that summers here cuz it's just really boring the living **** out of me, HIIT or not. I was wondering if compensating that with 5 days a week of basketball for 2 hours a day is just as good?
And the other questions, about my misaligned abs, I'm curious. If the left side is a tad lower, but significantly more defined, could it just be that I'm favoring my left side somehow? I'm thinking if I work out my right side more than my left, maybe they'll..push down? Is this even possible?
Oh and its the end of the week again! Here's shinra's "log!"
Good things:
-worked my biceps out monday, wednesday, and friday (gave them 48 horus of rest)
-worked my obliques and abs monday, wednesday, and friday (have noticed significant toning in my lower torso since last pics i showed)
-today i helped my friend move out of his apartment. living 4 floors up, and no elevator, you can guess how good of a workout i got on what is supposed to be one of my rest days, but hey between the lifting and the stair climbing, a good full body workout day!
-didnt miss my breakfast once! no matter how little time i had, i made sure to have my bowl of oatmeal and glass of natural apple juice!
bad things:
-this weekend i had a brownie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, 1 jalapeno popper, quite a few twizzlers, and a couple of bakers cookies.
-this week i really slacked drinking enough water. i barely drank at all now that i think about it.
damn this is a long post. i wonder how much of it ppl will actually read and respond to.
