LOL, Thank you very much shells!!! I am still a work in progress, bu am still very happy with my results. All the comments and support I get from here keep me going. Thank you again and to everyone else for their support.
 
Wow Falco, what an amazing change. I've just found this website, and your thread here, and you're my new inspiration! My current state is somewhat like yours last August - I'm smaller than you, but very much overweight for my size (165cm, 78 kilos or 5'6", 171 pounds). Your current state is pretty much where I want to end up, so thanks for the inspiration ;) I'll start my own diary thread and plot my progress!
 
Wow, I am sorry but the change is increadible. You sure know how to set a target and follow it. I know that you will make your October target.

Hey man, thanks a lot. If my success thus far inspires you to do the same, then that is great! All it takes is each one of us inspire 1 person to get healthy. Best of luck to you in achieving your goals. Keep us posted.
 
Here are some updated pics. I think I am slowly showing some improvement in the lean category. Just as a reminder, here is where I was in August of last year:


This next one was take July 18 of this year:


The last one is the most current, it was taken on August 23rd. A little over 1 year since I started.
 
Quads aren't lacking too much, calves are right there.. any hamy or back pics? Overall you're looking good, no matter where you started from.

Once you hit that 10% you gonna bulk up or just stay where you're at?

Thanks man. I am fairly happy with my legs considering all I do to work them is cardio and some lunges. I will be getting a squat rack within the next week, so that will help. I will take some back and hamy pics.

I think once I hit that 10% I will enjoy that for a bit, then I would like to go on a clean bulk and put on about 10-15lbs of muscle and then hang out around there.
