Before and after -125lbs... from 300lbs - > 175lbs.

god I am so tired of being at a calorie deficit.... honestly it was nice to eat regularly all that time with working out it was honestly awesome! I dont know how the hell I did this before.... but I am down a mear 5-7ish lbs already.... given jan 10th I am at the 1 month point since I am at my deficit and I will be able to start eating regularly again..... and get back to plyometrix during the season next game is january 17th!

well school starts next week :sadeface: ..... Not really looking forward to it, what is nice is I have been maintaining my 173-175lbs per day over winter break...... I ran my best time so far.. I think I have it in me to do better but so far here is my best 5 mile run.
Break was good I got to hang out with a lot of friends from highschool who are graduating Soon, makes me feel old Unfortunately those 2 years I did not go to school due to grades are killing me now! Sure was fun when I could sit around and play halo 2 all day for 2 years lol

This weekend should be rough hockey starts off again, we play two Club DI Schools Pitt and wvu! Oh snap!

and then ironicly this happens!!
these are 6 month old bauer 5000's!!! Wtf I have been crying about it all week.... I had to get new cowlings and profiled and all... I hate having to get new skates / cowlings its the worse... and having to wait to have some one profiling is terrible.. takes 6 + hours on and off to profile a pair of goalie skates
well we play Pitt and WVU this weekend both division 1 schools!!! SHould be exciting!

your blade just broke in two???? wow
i need skates that are 1 size bigger and i hate breaking in new skates too...but right now, i cant even wear socks with mine...and when i coach i am on the ice for 5 hours straight....plus i dont feel like spending the money....

Damn man!!! WTF is right!!! Bauer 5000's aye?? Crazy!!! Hehehe... when I read "Chef's", I thought you had mis-typed the "Cheifs"... then I panned down and saw the Jersey... NICE!!! Breaking skates sucks ass!! I need to break down and get a new pair!! I'm skating on Bauer 3000's... just to date me abit! Good luck with the bad break!!

Unfortunately I now(not at the time) I got them on closeout for a really good price....
I think I will forever stay bauer, after I tried to use my rbk skates this weekend even after profiling them they suck, I cannot get used to them the boot is waaaayyyy too soft and just doesnt do it towards my liking
