I must try some quorn recipes when I get home. It certainly has worked for you.
 
Just making some syn free macaroni cheese for tea, this week has been okay with food and I have been to the gym three times.
My mum just got back from holiday in Scotland, and she has bought me three bars of dark chocolate which is my absoloute favourite, along with a packet of shortbread and a bottle of scotch.

I feel bad because I apriciate the though but I just don't want any of it - yeah I would love to eat the chocolate but I just worked out the syns and there is 35 in each bar so it would just mess up my weight loss.
Now shes in a mood because she knows I don't want it, even though I was polite and thanked her for it and she should have know i obviously wouldn't apriciate all of that stuff anyway.

My mum goes to slimming world with me every week aswell by the way but has actually gained over a stone since she joined because she eats crap all week and then goes along and acts all confused and tells the slimming world consultant that she 'followed the diet all week'.
It drives me mad!

Anyway, rant over. Will post tomrow after I have been weighed =D
 
Have been in work all week and finding it really hard to get to the gym - im just so tired. I was in yesterday and today and havent got a day off now untill wednesday.
On the bright side my eating has been spot on so I will hopefully still get a weight loss on Monday.
Anway! Only one week until I get my A-Level results and see everyone from college again so that should be good and then im off to Paris on the 21st and moving into my student accomadation on the 6th if i get the results I need so the next few weeks will be quite busy for me.

I'm sorry that your mother was thoughtless with the holiday gifts. You are getting an ample demonstration that older people have their blind spots, problems and inadequacies. It's a shame that she is not as focused towards weight loss as you are - but there again - arguably it would be unfair if her more feeble efforts were rewarded in the same way as your hard work when it comes to the scales. She has not got your focus and is not getting the rewards.

It does sound like a busy time ahead for you. Your friends will be surprised when they see the new slim you - and it will be great when the new people at college assume that you have always had this new trim figure.

I am confident that you will have done well in the exams.
 
Just been shoping and bought some size 14 t-shirts!

I have literally never been a size 14, I went straight from childrens sizes to a 16 when I was 11 and have basically been going up ever since - untill now!
My work uniform is also massive and looks rediculous, but I can't have another one because I got new ones not so long ago. Thats what happens when you work for the NHS! Im not to bothered really, I would rather it be to big than too tight which it was fo so long.

It is brilliant that you are into size 14 t-shirts. Well done.

It is also great that you are shrinking out of your uniform for work. It is a great feeling to see all these visible testaments to your hard work.

I think I may have had a gain this week. I was eating very well up untill saturday night when I went out and was drinking wine, I had more than usual. I think that combined with the total lack of excercise has just thrown me off track a bit. Nevermind though, whatever I have put on im sure I can lose it by next weeks weigh in, which is my last before I go to Paris.
I really Can't wait to get back to the gym tomorow.
 
Got an A in my A-Level psychology, an A in my A-level sociology and a B in A-Level media.

got into my uni course which only required BCC anyway and got my picture taken for the Livepool Echo as one of the highest achieving students in the college. Bloody Hell!!

Anyway im so shocked, im the girl that barely managed five C's at GCSE and now I have TWO A's! absoloutly delighted, much celabrating to be done hope everyone is having a good day X
 
Hurrah! got myself some new uniforms for work (actually second hand but at least they fit!)
they are a size 16 so a little big but they look better than the size 20's I was wearing up untill last week. my size 18 trousers are feeling quite roomy aswell but luckily they have an elasticated wait and a drawstring tie thing so I think I can get away with them for a bit longer.

Been shopping today for new things for my student flat (duvet, bedsheets, pans, cutlery etc). I love cooking so unlike to the popular belief that students dont cook I definatly will be. Really looking forward to moving out and starting my course, my moving in date is the 6th of september with the course starting on Monday 15th so not long now =D

I'm looking forward to getting weighed tomorow, hopefully I will have managed to get rid of the 2lb I gained last week as I am going to Paris on Thursday and would like to be feeling a little slimmer by then.

Really enjoyed the meal out last night, had ribs and scampi which was really good.

Back onto the S/W diet today of course, hoping to maintain my weight when I get back from Paris 28th August. I can't believe I only have 19lb to go! I don't know if I will stop there or not, just have to wait and see =D
 
Going to Paris tomorow, Im sure my diet will be pretty bad while im away but not too worried, im sure I can loose whatever I put on easily.

You are so amazing! How could you lose so much weight? What was keeping you motivated? (I just started and I'm so scared to quit AGAIN...)
 
JUST got back from Paris which was gorgeous and I had a really fab time.

Not getting weighed for a few days as I ate some very deliscious (naughty) meals while I was away and am also retaining water at the moment so I dont want to see a sky high number and get upset!
I will wait untill my Slimming World class on Monday and then update my ticker tape accordingly.

Back to normal with the diet today and feeling great, been eating my usual meals of quorn and sushi and drinking plenty of water, so hopefully Monday won't be too bad in terms of weight gain, I am expecting maybe a few pounds, but nothing too drastic =)

Going to get back to the gym tomorow although i'm not too sure at the moment what to do with my membership because I am moving into student accomadation on September 6th.
Im only moving about 30 mins away (by train) so I could still get to the gym but there is one alot nearer to where I will be living but it isn't Ladies only which im not too keen on. Anyway! a few decisions to make there, amybe I will keep my current membership until I have lost a bit more and then change to the other one.
