So... I forgot about the food diary yesterday. I will do todays:

Was in work at 0730 so I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast or lunch. Got home at 1730 and made spinach and tomato pasta which was 3 syns and used all of my healthy extras.

Had this with a jacket potato, a laughing cow light triangle (2.5 syns) and some tomato relish (3 syns).

so that is 8.5 syns in total.
 
Put on half a pound last night so not too bad at all. Going to try and stay under 12 stone over Chrsitmas, then get straight back on to the plan afterwards.
 
Lost 2.5lb last week which is great, slowly chipping away at the 7lb I gained over Christmas. Back in uni now so going back to my Tuesday class. Looking forward to getting weighed tomorow! I have just been shopping with a friend who is also lookign to loose some weight and bough lots of fresh fruit and veg plus things like pasta, low fat things to snack on and of course my beloved quorn burgers & sausages. I'm feelign really positive and am SO ready to loose these last few pounds =D
 
Lost another 2.5 lb so that 5lb of my christmas gain off so far. So excited as I am only 5lb away from my lowest weight (11stone 7lb), can't wait to break through this and then finally reach my goal weight =D
 
Lost 2lb in SW yesterday so im back at my pre-Cristmas weight of 11stone 10lb. This marks an overall loss of 4stone 7lb, an is only 17lb away from my current goal weight (which I think I will need to re-evealuate when I get closer).

I feel like I have remembered how to lose weight again. I didn't lose much at all between starting uni and Christmas and then I gained back what I had lost (and more!) over Christmas.

I'm nearly back down to my lowest weight now and looking forward to continuting what I started and get down to my goal weight.

So would you say that during your weight loss you have been losing an average of about 2 lbs a week?

That's my goal!
 
I have been feeling so down today, I can't explain it but its just not nice.

I haven't eaten well at all this week and have done little excercise - I'm sure I have put weight on. Its my birthday next week and I am going out for an Indian meal at my mum's insistance. I told her I didn't want to do anything but she booked the table and I don't want to offend her.

I thought I would be WELL at my goal by now and yet I feel like I am still no where near.
I am getting frustrated with not having lost any weight in so long and yet I know it is only me who can change that.

I guess I will just have to face the music at slimming world tomorow and then get back on track. I really hope I can do this because I don't think I can carry on feelijg like this for much longer.
 
I have been away for a few weeks and am feeling MUCH better than I did when I last posted.

I haven't been dieting these past few weeks as I think I just needed a bit of a break. I'm going to slimming world tomorow so I can see the damage; although I don't think it will be anything too extreme - as least I hope not!

I am actually really looking forward to getting back on track and have found a GYM nearby my student flat which is only £45 for three months membership so I am considering joining.

I will post tomorow after I have been weighed - whatever my weight is tomorow is the absoloute LAST time I want to be this weight!

My summer holiday to spain is booked for July 9th this year and I would just love to be at my goal weight by then (which is totally do-able!). So, wish me luck, this is the beginning of the end of my weight loss journey =)
 
So, not been around much lately but I have still been going to S/W and my weight is steady at 11stone 8lb (162lb) so i'm quite happy with that.
I'm going to start a food diary from tomorow as I feel like I have just been managing to maintain out of luck rather than effort!
 
Been so ill with D & V over the past few days, but I am feeling much better now. Going to get weighed tomorow so I don't really know what to expect there... hopefully will have maintained although I feel awfully bloated and my stomach is very swollen so we'll see.
Will update tomorow after I weigh in =)
 
Wihoo feeling much better today especially after I went to my weigh in and lost 3.5lb taking my to a total loss of 5 stone and half a pound! I'm so made up =)
 
Been off the diet for a while and not done much excercise becasue of deadlines and exams comming up.
I've put on about a stone I think but I have yet to be weighed so my ticker can stay as it is for now.
I'm going to group on Monday as I am back home for easter, so I will know the damage then. My first goal is going to be getting back down to my lowest weight of 11stone 1lb and then onto my target! Really excited and so ready to lose this weight.

Food diary for April 12th 2009

Breakfast - 28g ready break (HEB) with milk from alowance (HEA). Coffee with milk from alowance and sweetner.

Lunch - Tesco Sushi snack (3 syns), 2 pears, strawberries & 1 activia fat free yougurt.

Tea - Heinz vegetable ravioli & mushy peas. Asda dark chocolate choc ice (7 syns).

So 10 syns for today.

Going to slimming world tonight to get weighed, I think I have put on around 12lb, although I'm not too worried about that - I just want to get back to loosing ASAP!

Food diary for April 13th

Breakfast - Large bowl ready break (2xHEB) with milk from allowance (HEA). Coffee with milk from allowance.

Lunch - Batchelors mild curry super noodles (3.5) with cheese (HEA).

Tea - Smash mashed potato, Mushy peas & gravy made with 1 oxo cube (1) and 2 tsps of cournflour (2).

Total: 6.5 syns

Gained 12.5lb.

I can't believe I have put that much on after missing group for 2 weeks. I don't ever want to feel like this again!

I need to be so careful this week and make sure I loose a fair chunk of that before my next weigh in. I feel as though I have really let myself down.
 
Okay, I've eaten all sorts today but worked it out and have eaten a total of 42 syns which is terrible, but I'm going to put it behind me and move on. There is no point in crying over spilt milk so they say.


Back to basics tomorow and hopefully back on track for loosing some of those 12.5lb I put on.
