Food Diary for Thursday 02/10/08 which was a green day:

Breakfast
Porridge made with 2x 28g porridge oats (2x healthy extra 'B' choices) and
350ml of unsweetened soy milk (healthy extra 'A' choice) topped with
Raspberries, Blackberries and 2 tbsp of rhubarb and ginger jam (3syns)

Lunch
I am in Uni 11-4 on a Thursday with no break so I didn't get lunch.

Tea
Weight Watchers Fish Pie (6syns), 42g low fat cheese (healthy extra 'A' choice) Garden Peas and some cherry tomatoes (syn free).



Total syns for today: 9

Really glad your getting back into it so easily must be hard with the flat mates going out everynight!
 
Food Diary for today, Friday which was a green day:

Breakfast
Diet yogurt, raspberries and pommegranet (all free).

Lunch
Jacket potato with baked beans (free), 56g full fat cheese (2x healthy extra 'A' choices) and a side salad (free - no dressing).

Tea
Pasta with sweetcorn and mushrooms (free), 42g low fat cheddar (1 healthy extra 'B' choice) and a packet of Dolmio 'Express!' sauce - Sun dried tomato and basil flavour (4.5 syns).

I also had some blackberries and another diet yogurt (both free) and a kellogs all bran honey and oat cereal bar (healthy extra 'B' choice).

Total syns for today: 4.5


Really pleased with this! hopefully I can carry on this way and achieve a weight loss at the end of the week =D
 
Food diary for yesterday Saturday 4/10/08.

Breakfast
2x 28g porridge (2x healthy extra 'B' choices) made with water.
2tbsps Jam (3 syns).

Lunch
Pasta with sweetcorn and mushrooms (free).

Tea
'Smash' instant mashed potato and mushy peas (free).


I also had 5 squares of bournville dark chocolate (7syns), a cadbury's 'freddo' (5.5 syns) and a vending machine hot chocolate (8.5 syns).

Total syns for today: 24


Obviously this is well over what I usually have but It was a really bad shift in work (I know, excuses excuses). Im just going to try and keep my syns low for today and tomorow to make up for it.

2 slices toast (healthy extra 'B' choice) with 4 teaspoons honey (4 syns).

Lunch
Yosushi! takeout mixed sushi box - im not sure of the exact syns on this but sushi is pretty low on S/W so im estimating at 5.

Tea
Sandwhich made with 2x42g low fat cheese (2x healthy extra 'A' choices), 2 slices wholemeal bread (healthy extra 'B' choice) and 2tbsps of pickle (2 sysns).


Total syns for today: 11(ish)

Theres no point in writing a food diary for yesterday because all I ate was a microwave meal of pasta with tomato sauce which is syn free. Had a hectic shift in work and just didnt have time to eat and then when I got back to the flat I was basically too tired to do anything except go to sleep!

Hopefully today will be a better day. Im going to get weighed at 1pm so I will post after that.
 
Lost 3lb in slimming world yesterday - 11 stone 7lb now so only 1 stone to my ticker goal!

Very happy with this, I have never had my recorded weight this low. At a Guess I probabaly last weighed this when I was about 10 years old (based on me being 13 stone 7 when I was 12). Exciting times! I Have a few pairs of size 16 jeans now, and bought a size 16 skirt on sunday. My top size is somewhere between a 14-16 depending on the shop.

I feel happy today =D
 
gained 2 lb at S/W today - going to make a real effort this week and am keeping a food diary on the Slimming World website as it is a bit easier to put everything down with spaces for healthy extras etc. I'm not too dissapointed with todays gain - I definatly deserved it! hopfully this week I will be able to stay in better control of my eating and loose the 2lb that I have put on.
 
Not been here much this week - got my first assignment due in for uni this thursday so I have been spending most of my time working on that. Having a break today to go to work though =)

Eating this week has been reasonable - not the best but also not the worst. I will just have to wait and see what the scales say on Tuesday. Still having trouble fitting excercise in around my course, I have mainly just been trying to do a much walking as possible - hopefully this will be enough for now.

Lost 2lb in S/W again so im back down to 11 stone 7lb again - my lowest weight =D

10 more weigh ins untill chrsitmas now so I wan't to loose a stone and be at my goal by then.
 
I haven't really been around here much over the past few weeks - have not done any excercise in AGES and although I am still loosing weight, I feel bigger than I have in a while.
Having cancelled my gym membership when I moved into halls of residence I have been finding it quite dificult to fit any significant excercise in. I bought 2 workout DVD's today - I haven't used a DVD before and im not sure how good they will be, but I figure any excercise is better than no excercise.
Eating this week has been basically terrible from friday onwards - I went home to my mums for the weekend and she had stocked the fridge will all the things I love; cheese, white bread, full fat butter, dark chocolate and lots of other really fattening things. I know I should have just not eaten them but I guess I had been feelimg a bit down and missing everyone at home so it was basically just a big weekend of comefort eating - im sure this will be reflected by the scales at tomorows weigh in.

Anyway, the weekend is over and I need to look forward to the comming week and hopfully getting a good loss when I get weighed next tuesday. Been shopping today for loads of fresh fruit and veg, aswell as some quorn and other slimming world things that I like. Hopfully this combined with the new excercise DVDs will be enough to keep me on track this week. Only 9 more weigh ins untill christmas! This will be my first christmas ever as a 'normal' sized person and I can't wait.

Will post tomrow how I do in S/W - then I am going to get started on some serious dieting and excercising!
 
Just got back from slimming world, gained 4lb which im quite disapointed about but then I do know why.
Im going to have a go at my excercise DVD in a bit and then get started on planning some healthy meals to eat this week. Wish me luck!

Did the DVD yesterday and again this morning - I can feel the effects to say the least!
Eating was fine yesterday, and has been so far today. Im in work later so im goign to take some cous cous with me. Really hoping for a loss this week!
 
lost .5 lb in slimming world this week - fairly happy with that, I think my weight loss will just have to be a bit slower form now on but thats good as long as I keep on going =)
 
Put that 0.5lb back on on Tuesday.
So frustrating but at least its only half a pound and not half a stone!

Not been doing my excercise DVD this week, im just feeling a little lazy at the moment.
Won't be getting weighed untill Wednesday this week so hopefully I will have lost some weight by then!
 
Didn't go and get weighed this week. I don't know what is up with me except a complete lack of motivation. Part of me is terrified of putting weight on but then part of me is so bored of dieting and I just feel like I want to be able to eat/drink like all my friends do and not be forever saying no to things because im trying to loose weight.

Im still here and still trying so I suppose that has to count for something. Hopefully I can lose this last bit of weight and finally be happy in my own skin!
 
I have not been here for a while; completely fell off the wagon with dieting and excercise and haven't been to group for 2 weeks so I'm not even sure how much I weigh.

Last weigh in I was 11 stone 9.5lb, but I am probabaly more now. I am going to get weighed on Monday, back at my usual group near my Mum's as I am now home for christmas. This means I have 5 days to get back on track and eating well in time for then - hopefully I will not gain too much.

I am going to try and keep a food dairy on here as I know this is one method which always helps me to loose weight. I am also going to try and drink more water and increase my excercise & activity levels.

So, wish me luck!
