1 hour at the gym today! Pro Form 35 minutes 1,525 steps, worked off 301 calories.


Don, the owner of the gym was working out, and had ear plugs in his ears. I stopped him and said: I had a question for him. All serious like he stopped his exercise and took out his ear plugs and said: Sure! I said:"Don on the Pro Form if I work off 300 calories, does that mean, I can have more to eat today?" Don said: "oh, you know what I will say!!" :rotflmao:

AIf I knew ANYONE normal who didn't eat something not totally healthy ever in their life I would not believe them.
So many temptations all around coupled with the restrictive diet. Most healthy people live by 80/20 rule.

I have worked very hard today and I am very sore and sleepy! I helped cleaned a Church building. I vacuum the whole front and and under the benches and I mopped the kitchen. I went to the store and my husband took me out to eat. Then I came home and cleaned one bedroom and vacuum and vacuum the living room and wash two loads of clothes.:seeya:No push-ups or stretches today. I will do better tomorrow!
 
Well I didn't do too bad! Lost .2 lbs:rotflmao:


The gospel meeting is really trying me this week with all the food passing around. I was invited for beef stew for this even. I may go and enjoy. But my sister is suppose to come up and go to the gospel meeting with me this even, my younger sister came and went with me yesterday. Thursday is my turn to cook, but I said I would bring Pizza to the kitchen at the church building. So pizza and salad Thursday for 10 people! I am taking pineapples for desert.


This morning for breakfast I had 2 boiled eggs. I am going to drink my last Boost. I would rather have Special K protein drink, then Boost, but Boost is what I have. Then nothing to eat until this evening. We will see!! I only went to the gym twice last week, I plan to go 3 days this week. It is so hard to get everything done. After the gospel meeting is over, I am going to try to eat more fish and drink more water and choose from these health snacks.

I have ate bake fish the last two evenings and ate veggies and salad. The last two days I had breakfast and supper and did not eat after 6:00 pm. This has helped me to dropped in weight. Next week I will choose from the snacks above to fix my breakfast and supper and add chicken or fish and salad for supper.

I went out and ate yesterday at a new Italian restaurant with dh. I ate about three bread sticks and ordered chicken and veggies. I ate haft of the chicken and vegetables (huge order), they bring bread to every table before you get your order, lol. I just love bread!!!!! I ate a banana before I went to bed.

I weighed 158.4 this morning.

I am up a little this morning

159.4~~~~~2.6 loss for October

If I can continue to lose 2 pounds a month, I will surely be back to my normal size by March, 2013.[/b]

Your eating looks pretty good from what I see on here. Have you considered ramping up the exercise just a bit?
