Sound s good AnnaGail it's raining really hard today, one of your dvd's sounds like a good thing right now, I'm just going to have to force myself outside!

Trying my best, I have some new workout DVDs.

Starting tomorrow morning I will do my walking with Leslie Sansone and in the evening 10 minutes with Billy Blanks TaeBo express (Tae Bo ABs). I didn't think I could keep up but I did good. I have Yoga meltdown with Jillian Michaels. I haven't check it out yet.

I need to force myself outside too! For December it is really nice right now even when it is raining. I put up some Christmas lights in the rain yesterday, lol.
 
Well I did good again today. I ate a good breakfast and a good supper. I know I am going to get a little chuckle in here. I fried two eggs with Veg. spray, and my df brought me a gravy and biscuit from Mac Ds. I ate the eggs and the gravy and biscuit, lol. I fixed rib eye steak and baked potato and sauerkraut for supper. I open a can of pineapples. I ate good but left a lot on my plate. Yes I ate a roll....two.

I walked out side four times with my dog. I walked with Leslie Sansone 15 minutes and 5 minute warm up. I walked out side for the cool down. This evening after I wash my dishes I did 10 minutes with Billy Blanks TaeBo Express (Tae Bo Abs).....I just can't wait to get those Tae Bo Abs, lol. :)
 
I had oats with cinn. honey, brown sugar, and some nuts and fruit.
Soup beans and cornbread and fruit, in the evening.

I walked with Lesile Sansones DVD (Strength Train), using the toning band. And 10 minutes in the evening with Billy Blanks Taebo Express (Tae Bo Abs). :)
 
I am not losing a lot of weight, but I am not gaining either.

Walking with DVD
eating oatmeal and veggies and one good meal in the evening and I don't eat after 6:00 pm. If I need to, I drink a cup of milk. :)
 
I think I am losing a little :)

My body is changing specifically in my hip area. I need to lose my belly and my love handles. I would look really good if I could lose in those areas. Anyone have an ideal or have a good exercise?

Well the inch lost in the waist and the two on the hips look good. It's not easy to lose an inch on the waist in two weeks. I've lost 80 pounds in 6 and a half months and I haven't even lost at that rate on my waist (I've lost about 10 inches).

If you're looking for exercises for there, you're talking about "core" exercises. Obviously crunches are the old standard for those. The internet is littered with 'ab' exercises, but I haven't a clue which are good and which are not. Google "alternatives to crunches" and see what you like. Just don't hurt your back.

I lost the inch in my waist and two inches in the hips by working with the The Biggest Loser DVD! I can't hardly do Crunches it hurts the back of my neck. My son and I when in together on a "Total Gym 1900", I sure hope it does the job. I can't wait to use it.

That is great, losing 80 pounds (10 inches loss in the waist) wow!
