Well the inch lost in the waist and the two on the hips look good. It's not easy to lose an inch on the waist in two weeks. I've lost 80 pounds in 6 and a half months and I haven't even lost at that rate on my waist (I've lost about 10 inches).
If you're looking for exercises for there, you're talking about "core" exercises. Obviously crunches are the old standard for those. The internet is littered with 'ab' exercises, but I haven't a clue which are good and which are not. Google "alternatives to crunches" and see what you like. Just don't hurt your back.
