Yes, when I start back to the gym I should lose more weight. I got down to 156 but the weight went back up, lol. We have to take the good with the bad,

I only got to go to the gym once last week. So it is going to be like starting over this week.


I did mess up on my eating yesterday a little, but back on the saddle today.

I worked out at the gym on Monday 29, for 30 minutes on the treadmill and Tuesday30th, I worked out 23 minute on Pro form.


Today I ate 1 Multi Grain round.......1 point

Thanks for stopping by my diary. Good job on the exercise through housecleaning...always gives a sense of accomplishment! It looks like you are doing great and you are eating healthy and like Brawny said, I'm betting if you rampup up the exercise a little bit, you'll see even more come off! Just remember, it's a journey, not a race!! (I have to constantly remind myself of that...somedays, I do better than others!)

I am back, all though, I am not going to jump back into challenges right now. I weigh 162 with PJ's on this morning. I am back to watching what I eat and back to exercises. The exercising will be slow until I build myself up again.


Sunday...exercise 25 minutes....5min. warm up, 15 min. walking with DVD, and 5 min cool down. (Classic Walk)

Monday...exercise 25 minutes....(Sculpt Your Arms)

Tuesday...exercise 25 minutes....(Slim Your Legs)

Wednesday .... exercise 25 minutes...(Trim Your Tummy)

Exercise 25 minutes.....5 minutes warmup, 15 minutes walking, 5 minutes Cool down. I also walked out side with my dog about 400 ft and had to come back, lol. But I will be walking 3 miles by March, hopefully :seeya:

My little dog tries to slip off now, when I let him out side, he goes to the cow farm across the road and he comes home dirty and smelly. He tries to let me know he needs a walk. I have a small fenced-in area that I had my garden in a pot in the summer. So that is where he goes when I can't walk with him, lol. He doesn't like it and he found a why to get out so I put him back in and watched to see how he was getting out. Poor little fellow, I found out he was crawling on his tummy and going under the building, so I fixed it and now he can't escape jail, lol.

I was at the ER with my dh for about 3 1/2 hours today, he fell and hurt his knee. He has been falling lately for no reason and they did an x ray on his knee and Ct scan on his head and it came back fine. But his blood test showed he was dehydrated and his brood pressure was 204/85 a way too high. So I didn't have anything for lunch today. We stopped at the store and drug store and by that time it was almost 6:00pm. I got some bananas and we both ate one and stopped at Wendy's and took some food home with us.


I weight 160.6 today with my PJs


I sure hope I can continue to do these exercises everyday.

25 Minutes with Leslie Sansone's walk at home.


My son bought me some new DVDs for Christmas, this one is called Walk Slim 5 really Big miles. (I did one mile invigorating).

1 15 minute mile! It's a 4 mile per hour pace and a new cast of walkers. It was a change of pace for me.


I slice of ham 2" by 2" with to poach eggs and a roll

Chili and crackers for me and a salad.
 
I have been exercising every day with Leslie Sansone's walk at home DVD. And kept up with watching what I eat. My weight is 159.8 with my PJs. I am eating a lot of salads.:)
