Hello....Havent post lately...
Well yesterday was great for me, I stayed home didnt go to school but took my daughter to the sitters so i had some time for me! I cleaned this house top-bottom!!

When I got to school this morning i found out we were havinga test..OMG i didnt study, last week i didnt hear himsay test..I think i did really bad on it :(
I'm planning on walking today maybe 2 times..after i'm done on here and then later tonight with my friend... Hope everyone is having a grate day!
Here is what i have so far:

fiber 1 bar
1 serving of fat free prinlges
1 banana shake
 
i just got in from going on my walk. I ended up only walking 1 time.
Last week i walk for 45 min which was 2 miles and this time I walked 2 miles but it only took me 30 mins...yay i was so happy..i guess i didnt relize how fast we were walking....
 
WOW i'm so tired..I'm so proud of myself went walking again today!!
2 miles! it feels so good outside today it was almost 80!!!! LOVE IT:)
I'm going to walk tomorrow but not on friday we are having girls night out going to the Cheesecake Factory...ummmm and then this weekend i'm going to see my hubby with out the baby, so just US time..cant wait:sifone:
My food hasnt been all that grate so hoping the walking is helping with the calories...tomorrow I plan on eating alot of fruit!! I'm starting to crave it...have a good night!

that test was the worse of all i made a D, I was so pissed!! ohh well i still have a B in the class!!
 
just checking in, i'm still doing well, i havent weighted in yet. I will weigh in on Friday. I hope its a lost!! we shall see.. havent really ate that much today. I'm feeling good, didnt get a chance to workout though... night night:)
 
Amber, thanks for stopping in my diary. I will keep my eye on you now. I notice you have done some significant progress so far and we have something in commong - the college! :hurray:

OK sorry I havent post in a while I had a very busy week last week!
So today I done really good!!
I walked 2 miles outside!
So here is what I have eaten for today:

Brakefast:
2 cups green tea

Lunch:
Ham sandwhich
1 cup pop corn
strawberries

Dinner:
Grilled chicken
ceaser salad

Snack:
strawberries
 
I had another great day!!
I didnt workout today because my knee has been bothering me so i'm giving it a break! Here is what I have eaten so far...

Breakfast:
pretzels

Lunch:
didnt really eat anything only some mini nella waffers

Snack:
2 granola bars

Dinner:
Rice & beans
Grilled chicken

Snack: ( i plan on having..lol..)
Banana shake w/ fat free yogurt and splenda

I havent been around for a while, life gets in my way! lol...I see you're doing really well...congratulations for your hard work and perseverance!! are you still doing WW? my sis in law has lost 22 pounds on it so far and she's been doing for about 6 weeks...it really works if you stick to it. how's the baby? and school? have a great day!

Hey thanks, I know what you mean I havent been posting like I should and in result I havent been losing that much either..its up & down :(
Other then that everything is fine my way! school and baby are really good.... No i'm not on WW anymore..thinking I might go back to doing it but the CORE plan so I dont have to worry about counting points.... So how have you been??
 
WOW ok its been a while since I have post!! I have gained some weight but I think i'm ready to start focusing on ME!!! I have been really depressed and felt like giving up, but then I thought well if I do that then I will get even bigger and more unhappy not to mention unhealthy!!! I'm thinking of making a new dairy for a new start for me!!! I want to be out of the 200's buy the end of summer, which means about 20lbs!! I Know that I can do it just have to actully DO IT!!!
I plan on drinking only water
eat low fat- veggies, fish, chicken, fruit
Also working out at last 30-45 min a day
 
Its nice to see you mi amour :). Good idea to get back into it, it absolutely sucks dieting but it just HAS to be done. No way around it except a freakin HIGHER WEIGHT. Its so true. Most Americans really do gain every single year. We'd rather be LOSING right?!

You have such a good plan, it seems like you've discovered a lot about eating healthy. I usually add some juice to my water and I drink a lot of tea with milk, so I'm also thinking about drinking much more water and less of anything else. Last week I had to drink 2 liters daily for a challenge and I kind of like it. I think it was helping..

I just wanted to check in i know i havent been posting like have before but i've been REALLYs busy! but i'm still here...lol... I havent gotten on the scale but i have been walking and semi- counting.... July is right around the corner ond my goal is 10 lbs! We shall see.... Take care and I will try to post more!!!
 
Thanks angel, sorry its been while i have been really busy and havent had time to reply or write to anyone else, i hope everyone is doing well!
I'm doing really good, so far 13lbs this month:)
 
OK.... So I have so really good news:) I went to the doctor and I lost 17 lbs this month..OMG:jump: I cant believe it..... This has made me more motivated then anything!! I'm shooting for 10-15 lbs next month I hope I can do this, I'm going to bust me ass to do it:)
