I have been so busy with school that i really sont have to cook, so I mostly eat tv dinners for lunch and dinner. For breakfast I have an egg mcmuffin or a protein shake. With fruit for my snacks. I also try to workout 5 times a week. ohh yeah and ONLY water. Nothing fried or sweets!
 
Hi there! I just skimmed through your journal and it was such a good read! You have done so well with your healthy eating and I saw that you do the Biggest Loser DVDs. I just started doing those as well, and LOVE them! I don't have the ones you have, but I want to get those too. Well keep up the great work! Looks like you are almost to your goal!!! Hope everything is going well for you! :)

Ok so I went to the doctor and i'm down 7.2 lbs for the month!! I'm so happy I finally broke the 200's and dont plan on going back never!!!! I feel so good I still have 40lbs to lose, my goal is to be at 150 within 6 months, which is when i'm done with college. So I will be looking good for my job interview after school...lol.... so my total for 2 months is about 24 lbs.....I hope that I will be able to lose 10lbs for my goal next month! Gonna work really hard! Keep up all the good work everyone:)
 
August was a good month for me! I lost 7.2 lbs!!!
I was going for at least 10 but i'm still happy with what I did.
I'm planning on working out more and drinking more water and I think I will make it to my goal! I have 4 more months to reach my goal of 75. I think I can do this, which means I have only 28 lbs to lose!!! Which will put me at 165lbs....but then to get to my ultimate goal I would have to lose 43 lbs total, putting me at 80lbs total lost

Starting weight = 230
Goal (END OF Sept)=10

Updates:
Febuary 1st= 213.2 (-11 lbs)
March 1st=213.2 (maintained)
April 1st=219.8 (+6.6)
May 1st=DIDNT WEIGH-IN
June 1st=DIDNT WEIGH-IN
July 1st=217.6
JULY 29th=200.6 (-17 lbs)
August 26 = 193.4 (-7 lbs)

HEy thanks so much! I'm trying so hard to get to my goal within the next 6 months!!

I'm still doing great! I havent weighed in yet, so I'm hoping I'm in the 180s now:) I try to only weigh myself 1 time at the end of the month! If I do it everyday and it dont say what I want it to say then I will get mad and want to give up. Also my OCD will kick in....lol
 
OMG ok so I just weighed in and I LOST 9 LBS even:) Just 1 lb shy of my 10lbs for the month, but NOT mad at all! I'm so proud of myself for really sticking with it this time and losing this baby weight even though my daughter will be 2 in January...LMAO :) Well I will try to post more updates... I hope everyone is doing good and staying focused
If I keep this up there is no question that I WILL be at my birthday goal of 170 if not less which would be great!!!

OK so I know I said I was going to post more like I use to but I had school ;898u9 and being a mom can be very stressful. Anyways besides all of that I still have been doing really good with my eating and workouts;)
I'm about to do my Biggest Loser dvd in about an hour....
 
OMG I just got done doing my workwork dvd and let me tell you that kicked me in the rear..hehe.... I'm in so much pain from squeezed abs also a bit from my last nights workout as well. I wanted to cry..lol.. but its so worth it after its done:)
 
So the last 2 days have been so bad for me. I have been so sick!! I havent gone to school or anything just laying around the house, feelin blah!!! I have a headach, my nose is stuffy and my throat is so dry!!!! Also TOM is here and my stomach is KILLING me. I went to Wal-mart to get my daughter some med. and I felt like I was about to pass out while in line...omg it was so bad. I finally made it home and thank goodness my daughter went to sleep so I tried to get some rest, but still feeling bad. So no I havent exercised which I'm pissed about that, just not up it to, I guess I will have to hit it hard when I get to feeling better. My eating hasnt been that good but either so I wounder how bad it is, havent gotten on the scale yet, dont think I will either....lol... well I will try to keep an update! Hope everyone else id doing good:)
 
hey first of all congrats on the 9lb loss!!! sorri to hear you are not feeling well but you probably need the rest after all that hard work. let your body recover and then you can spend as much time on the excercise as you like ;) and reach your goal before your birthday. Hope you feel better soon x
 
Sorry to hear about your cold. And having your period while having a cold is absolutely the worst. Anyway I was over checking out all the before and after pics that people have posted in th BL website and I ran into yours and I was like, I know who that is... sort of!! You're looking great. Don't go too hard on the exercise until you're 100%. Your body needs all the nurturing it can get:)

lol.... thanks those were along time ago, I was trying to find my pics in there and gave up..lol... its not an easy way to find your post on that sit. Thanks though, I have pics posted on here in the before.after section as well that are newer!

Well I havent post in a while it seems. I havent been working out for about a week and 1/2....I feel so bad, since I have exercised. I have been busy, I know its not an excuse. I want to get back to working out at least 4 days of the week. I still have been sticking with my diet though! I just feel like I need the extra workouts so my lose will be better! And so I can reach and hopefully pass the b-day goal;)
