What another great day I had today:)
I made a B on my test, OMG it was so hard, I thought I did bad on it, glad I didnt!! So I didnt get to walk today BUT I did clean the house:willy_nilly:
Eating today was really good for me, really didnt eat much... so here go nothing....

Morning Snack:
94% Fat Free pop corn

Lunch:
Southwestern veggie soup

Dinner:
Spaghetti w/ toast

Today has been a very long, sleepy and tired day:ack2:
Other then that everything else has been good. I came home and worked out, I only walked for 30mins on the treadmill, I wanted to walk more but I was so tired and I was walking really fast my legs were on fire... I guess thats a good thing:D Also my food has been good ....

ok so I got into some cookies:( TOM decided to stop in this week...i hope its still a little loss for me this week.... i have to do extra workout tomorrow!!!!!!!!
 
Hi Amber,

I see you switched to core. How are you finding it so far? I've never tried core but I know many people who love it. Don't worry about the cookies, the extra workout will take care of that. Good luck with your weigh-in.

hey girl thanks...I'm likeing the core, i'm following it but adding my own little twist to it:)

BAD NEWs:(
I got out of school early and came home, went to the workout center at my apartments and guess what someone broke the treadmill:cuss:
I was so mad.... so I didnt get to walk like I planed...so I got busy doing other things....ohh well:(
 
OK where do I start??? So today is the last day for the month of March. Lets just say that it was a bad one for me.... last week TOM was here and over the weekend my hubby came and i just lost it, my diet was out the window eating whatever i wanted and now i'm paying for it..lol..
GAINED 6.6 :cuss: OMG thats a heartattack waiting...lol.... so Next month my goal is loss that along with 3.4 which will put me down 10lbs for the month, and make it a new low for me...please please please wish me luck..i need all that i can get!!! Hope everyone has a great day:)

Hi Amber,

Don't beat yourself up over the weekend. I didn't have such a great weekend either. We're all human. Gave myself a little too much leeway and am up 4lbs. Just look at it as a temporary gain. If you get right back on program those 6lbs will come right off. Drink lots of water too, that'll help.

I have done very good so far this week:) I havent cheated at all!! so proud of myself!!! Tomorrow I'm starting to walk with a friend in the afternoons... I think were going to do an hour a night....we shall see:) Hope everyone has a great week!!!

Don't be too hard on yourself. I gained a little this past weekend and am a little bugged by it. I know it will come right back off. Just jump right back on the bandwagon. The core program of Weight Watchers seems to work really well for some, so I hope it does for you.

I know but its just hard seeing the scale go up even though you know its coming..lol.. Yeah i like the core..so far so good.. hope you have a great week:)

OMG I got on the scale this morning and about fell out the scale read
210.8, I LOST 9 LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to get back on it like 3 times..lol. OMG I cant believe this!!! YAY, i'm so happy I'm in shock:svengo:
I hope next week is also a lost!!! I hope everyone has a great week!!
 
OMG so tried just got done walking outside for 45 mins....at a fast pace!! But i'm glad a have a walking buddy! I wasnt going to go and she called, so I felt I had to go:) which i'm glad i did!!
 
Wow, I can't believe you gained 6 and lost 9! That is awesome. Sometimes these cheat breaks actually help to get the pounds off. At first you always gain weight, but after you get strict again it falls off and if you're lucky a little extra comes off with it. As you eat more again your leptin levels rise and this speeds up your metabolism and makes you feel full and sort of sick of food, allowing you to continue on your diet if you listen to your body. Its a great way to maintain weight too when you lose all your excess.

You are so lucky to have a walking buddy call you and get you out of the house. I'm envious!

My plans this for this morning were to get up and walk 2 miles. When I got up my legs were KILLING me from the yesterdays and thursday walk that I could hardly walk. So I didnt walk today was giving myself a break and rest so hopefully I can walk tomorrow! I hope so I love now since its warming up outside, and its nice to get the baby out :)

Well we went out to dinner for my great aunts b-day. We just found just found out that she has cancer and it has spread to her liver not good at all, she starts chemo next week. There were 51 people there, I felt sorry for the waiter but they got good tips...lol.. Had a great time but ate to much :(
so i'm going to eat good tomorrow, I have a roast in the crock pot..ummm
