What a boring day for me..lol.. at school that is started my Antomy 2 class :(...
well So far i really havent ate anything...getting hungry,
so far:

Breakfast:
NOthing

Snack:
prezels (4 pts)

lunch:
muffin (3 pts)
ww cookie (1 pt)
apple (1 pt)

total:9 pts

ok, so tonight has been really bad, was doing good until i got home from the food store and ate to much, hopeing tomorrow will be a better day for me:)
 
Hi Amber,

Put the bad days behind you. Tomorrow is always a fresh start. Maybe try to plan out your meals a little bit in advance. Have what you are going to eat thought out in your head that morning.

I usually know how many points I'm going to use at each meal, so in the morning I think about what I'm going to be having that day, what I'm in the mood for, to fit within those points. That way, when it comes meal time I'm not reaching for other things, it's already set in my mind what I'm going to have. It's much easier to stick to your plan that way.

Just whatever you do, don't give upon yourself. Hang in there.

HOw is WW working for you then? For me it's been a bit iffy. I hate it when I can't get to a computer if I'm away for a weekend, that's when I really get off-base. But I know if I stick with it something has to happen.
It looks like you've been doing well though!

Besides just go have another booty shaking dance night that burns lots
of cals and it is alot of fun to!

I love how you see the event and realize it as a mistake and then move forward! This is what has got me in the past, I would make these mistakes and then totally fall off the wagon--everyone will make mistakes in this long journey and its those like you that get right back to it will succeed in the end!

This post was very encouraging for me! Unfortunately, it keeps telling me I have to spread more reputation around before I can give you more :)

Hey tammy, thanks girl, i'm trying:)
I think it is just as easy as counting calories,
you remember them like you said.... there is another plan on ww also where you dont count points you just eat off a list of foods until your satisfied... basically meats, veggies, fruit, anything fat free... i might try that next month:)

Hey girl! It's been a while since I've stopped by....been busy. Looks like you're doing well with the WW points! The points system sounds so nice b/c you don't ever feel guilty eating anything if you fit it into your points! I may have to try it at some point!
 
OK. I have a plan for the tomorrow. Get up ans EXCERISE....even if its just walking on the treadmill for 30 mins, I have to start adding it to my plan or its never going to come off fast:drool5:. I only have 5 WEEKS until the WEDDING:leaving: I plan to eat better I want to add more veggies (salads).... well i hope everyone has a great weekend:)
 
Good Morning:)

Well I just got home from the gym. I walked 35 mins on the treadmill:hurray:
I'm so proud of myself!! I might talk my daughter out for a walk later
it feels so good outside (72).... Well i'm starting the Core program from Weight Watchers and so far so good, I had some egg beaters for breakfast:)

So I have had a great day so far!!! I'm going out to dinner for a friends birthday to a Wing place OMG:willy_nilly: Well I have a plan and sticking to it!! I'm not going to eat wings instead i'm planing on eating a grilled-chicken salad not sure if shes having cake or not, not sure what i'm going to do about that, i might allow myself a LITTLE piece? not sure?? I am planing on have 1 drink also.... On the core I also get 35 flex points to use if needed to eat anything thats not on the list. well here is what I have had so far...

Breakfast:
Egg beaters which = 2 whloe eggs

Lunch:
1 small porkchop
1/2 cup pot.
small side salad

Snack:
ww muffin (3 points)

so yesterday i went out to eat for the b-day dinner and i'm sop proud of myself!! I had a blackend grilled-chicken salad and 1 chicken wing, instead of 1 drink i did end up having 2...but very good day for me:) I plan on walking on the teadmill at some point today.... not really sure what my family is having for easter dinner i guess i will plan it when i see it!

OK so I just got home from our family easter lunch. Alot of food that they had, half of it I didnt like, yes i'm a picky eater to be fat..lol. well this is what I ate.

1 bit of ham (didnt like it:()
green bean casarol (spell..lol)
2 bits of potatoe salad (didnt like it either)
3 rolls....
corn
broc.
1 piece of carrot cake

I think thats it....
 
Ok so I'm back on track recovering from easter dinner:)
After school me and a friend went to SuperSalad OMG so good!!!!
All the salad you want:drool5: so i ate alot of salad, a little bit of pasta and yes I did a some ice cream BUT I WORKEDOUT!!! YAY...my plans are to walk everyday:). I will post later......
 
Well my day has been really nice other then studying for my test for tomorrow..lol.. ok so this is how my day went:I'm still on the Core plan for weight watchers....

Morning Snack:
94% fat-free pop corn (mini bag)

Lunch:
SuperSalad (a lot of yummy salad)
2 little rolls
1 SMALL bowl of ice cream

Dinner:
1 banana shake (made w/fat free milk)
pop corn
1/2 cup pickles

Excerise:
Walked on treadmill for 35 min
