I saw your new before and after pics in that section. WOW! is all I can say. It seems you have really kicked into high gear in the past few months and have the results to prove it. Keep up the great work and you look fantastic! :)

HI Amber! I saw your before & after on the biggest loser site and here! I must say you are such an inspiration! I still have to get rid of my double chin, its still there! LOL!!

Hey girl thank you so much! Yeah I hope I make it, I have been slacking here the last few day, it will be here before I know it and hopefully I will see 170 when I wake up that morning...lol

Hey Sam! Thanks;) Yes I had to start doing something and get to going, the year is almost up and want to get pretty close to m goal! Also the hoildays are coming and I didnt want to pig out on crap another year..lol...

Thank you! Wow here latley alot of people have been telling me they are seeing my pics on that site even friends I that I know. That means so much that i'm an inspiration to you, hearing that makes me keep going. Dont worry you will lose the chain, usuall the first thing to go;)

Nice going Amber, 10lbs in a month is great. Hopefully I can meet that marker and be down 100+ pounds before 2009 comes.
 
Hey girl...I havent posted here in a while...I saw your pics in the biggest loser site and you've done an AMAZING job. no matter what obstacle gets in your way, you have perservered and have managed to stay on target. your december bday goal is in the bag!!! great job!:party:
 
Well today is my birthday I'm 22 YAY..lol..the bad news is that i didnt make my birthday goal of 170lbs:( I have maintained.... which I guess isnt to bad. Here lately I have been not doing to good. I havent been working out of eating very well either. OMG my mom made some fudge and I cant keep my hands out of it, but I had to stop b/c i'm feeling sick from all the sugar and my stomach feels like its going to explode. So I have made a new goal to weigh 172 by the time my daugters b-day is here! I hope I will make this goal:) Tomorrow is a new day and here is my goals for tomorrow:

1. Stay out of the fudge!
2. Drink at least 3-4 bottles of water
3. No crappy foods, no sweets!!!
4. Workout at least 30 mins.
5. Eat healthy fruit, veggies, protein
6. start posting more!
 
Hey girl, so nice to see you! I also stopped posting and gained another 5 lbs, so I agree it does help. I think its GREAT that you maintained your weight loss. So you took a little break but at least you didn't backslide. We all need a break from the dieting and exercise. Now its time to kick it up again! Can't mom hide the fudge or something?? Oooooh how tempting.
 
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! don't sweat the smalls stuff....you've done an amazing job so far...enjoy the moment...tomorrow is another day!

Well I have some BAD news I weighed in and it said 181.4 so I gained 7 lbs in about a week.. OMG I almost died. So now I'm def. back on track after seeing that. So far today I have done good. This morning I had 2 egg whites w/ toast. I havent had time to eat lunch but I might have a turkey sandwhich of something. I have made another goal of 176 by the time of my daughters 2nd birthday next month on the 17th. Wish me Luck!
