hello everyone..well I made a 98% on my test..YAY!!!
I have done realy well today as far as food goes....
I came home and took a little nap!!!
I have had 10 pts so far...18 left!!!
 
OMG..i'm so full, just got done eating, i had a breakfast dinner..jaja... I'm so proud of myself for sticking to the plan!!! GO ME GO ME...lol... Hope everyone had a great MONDAY:)

Breakfast:
2 slice of butter toast (2 pts)

Snack:
SB bar (3 pts)

Lunch:
Turkey sandwhich w/pickles (4 pts)
apples (1 pt)

Dinner:
2 eggs (4 pts)
4 pieces of bacan (4 pts)
2 blueberry waffles (3 pts)
1/4 syurp (2 pts)

Snack:
apples (2 pts)
carrots w/ranch (2 pts)

Total:
27 pts

1 pt left...

GOAL 4 the week.....
Try not to use my 35 bonus pts :)

Hi Amber,

Congrats on the 2lb loss! Glad to see you started following Weight Watcher's and that you are finding that you can do it on your own at home. It definitely works and you don't feel really deprived doing it. My mother is always amazed at how much I eat. It's just a matter of getting the most out of your points. Keep up the great work.

Hey girl thanks!! I love all the support on here, thats what really keeps me from giving up!!

My day today has been really good but kinda stressful, I have EXAMS tomorrow and Thursday... Well here is what I have eaten today...

Breakfast:
2 pieces of toast (2 pts)

Snack:
carrots w/ranch (1 pt)

Lunch:
Turkey sandwhich (4 pts)
1 oz of chips (4 pts)

Dinner:
2 blueberry waffles (3 pts)
1/4 syurp (1 pt)
4 pieces of bacan (4 pts)

Snack:
cookies (pts?)
chips (8 pts)

Total:
28 pts



Overall: I have done really well with pts so far this week! I did want to get some excerise in but didnt get to it, I have been studying all afternoon...

Dont worry about the exercise tonight! Just pick it back up tomorrow or after your tests are done. Trust me, I completely understand how hard it is to exercise when you're stressed about studying!

Starbucks frap. (4 pts)
grilled-chicken sandwhich (8 pts)
2 onion rings from BK (1 pts)

Snack:
2 mini pb cups (3 pts)

Total: 19

9 pts for dinner....... dont know what i'm having??
 
well so happy since it was the last day for this term... New classes starting next week:) well I havnt hardly at anything today.... after school I had to go to the doctor..i have strep thoat :( it hurts...i hope it goes away soon... well tomorrow is going to be my weigh-in..hopefully..it will be a loss.. but I got gome and TOM appeared :( so not so sure if it will be a loss...i guess we will have to see.... i have only eaten 9 pts for today..i still have 19 left...better gett o eatting..lol
 
Doh, sorry your sick--it must be going around because I just started the throat pain, coughing, and fever tonight as well. I just want to workout now but can't which is tough..

On a brighter subject--- Do you enjoy the point system in WW? I am a math guy and do the calorie thing but my wife is so different and I want her to get a system she can enjoy.

Hey!! I know everyone that I know is sick :( Its going around....

I love the WW points! Its so easy to keep up with and you still have anything you want. Also if she doesnt like to count points they have another system called the Core, which is you can have anything from a list of foods, basiclly no fat, everything fat free, any meat, veggies, fruits, soup (non creamy), etc.... get her to check it out...
 
Good morning :) well its my day off from school and of course my daughter wants to wake up at 4:30 in the morning :( ...happens everytime..no sleep..lol.. but I just weighed in and i'm DOWN 1.6 lb..........YAY....so happy :)

well I just got home from dinner..i'm so full...I done REALLY BAD today!!!!
I didnt even count points or nothing....here is what i ate.....

Breakfast
2 pieces of toast

Chili nochos :(
banana pudding :(

Dinner:
Long Horn ribs :(

This is so many calories I dont even know where to start counting..tomorrow and the next 7 days WILL NOT look like this:)

Never mind the 1 bad day you will have a wonderful day tomorrow,I actually had CHEDDERS tonight and I had the chicken fettuchini alfredo and I must say I am literally sick to death my tummy can not handle the massive piles of pasta that I tried to force down me lol.WELL HERES TO A GREAT WEEKEND,TAMMY:party:
 
Everyone has bad days! The important thing is to not let it continue in that downward trend! Just make sure you stay on top of your diet the next few days and don't let it turn into a pattern. We are all allowed to have days where we just don't bother with the calorie counting!

lol..Tammy thats ok..Girl I know thats how I feels thats what I done last night and for lunch..I never want to feel like that again, the thing is we use to eat like that all the time, our stomach was so big. Well today has been ALOT better then yesterday!!! I love being on Weight watchers since I can eat anything I want and not feel bad about, I had Mcdonalds BUT added them to my points...lol..well i was going to go for a walk me and a friend but its raining...:( hopefully tomorrow it wont be! I hoped a friend get her new apartment all together, so nice! So this is what I have eaten so far:

Breakfast:
Nothing

Lunch:
Hamburger happy meal (11 pts)

Snack:
4 chicken nuggets (5 pts)
5 cheeseits (1 pt)

Dinner:
Grilled- chicken (5 pts)
season potatoes (3 pts)

Left: 4 pts

OK....a new week:)
So far its been ok, not as planned as i wanted but its going.....
I didnt get to workout today, since I came home and went to sleep:(
Tomorrow I HAVE to walk at least 30 mins on the treadmill!!!!! No excuses!!! Well we ordered chinese food and i'm so proud of my self... I got steamed chicken w/steamed broc. :)
