Man, the oats and peanut butter one is GOOD! Even better than the oats and caramel!!! It doesn't taste like "health food" at all! It's sooo yummy! :)

HELLO, hope everyone is having a great day!!
Mine is going really well!! I made a 100% on my test 2day!!!!
I take the baby out for a walk 1 mile=20 mins
I'm about to go and study for my A&P1 test (cardiovascular :(..lol)
I have had 720 cal so far....
 
hey thanks...i dont know about a 100 but i hope for an A or B!!! its hard.... well I just got done eating my dinner, wasnt much but i might eat something later.. ok so this is what i had so far...

Breakfast:
pop tarts (400 cal)
coffee drink (200 cal)

Lunch:
SB chicken wrap (240 cal)

Snack:
speical k bar (90 cal)

Dinner:
Broc & cheese (80 cal)
Broc & carrots w/season (60 cal)
okra (150 cal)

Workout:
walk 1 mile-20 min

I'm having another great day so far!!
I made an 99% on my test :)
I have eaten 510 cal so far..
I'm going to try to walk at least 30 min....
 
this is the food that i have eaten for today

Breakfast:
Honey nut bar (90 cal)
Protein water (30 cal)

Lunch:
Chicken par. (290 cal)
broc w/carrots (60 cal)

Snack:
Oats bar (140 cal)
Crackers (190 cal)

Dinner:
Broc (150 cal)
Okra (200 cal)

Snack:
SO ice cream (170 cal)

Well i have decided to try to do Weight Watchers again,
I lost 40lbs on it before. I'm going to be doing it from home,
I still have all the things I need. I will try this until the end of
March to see how its going, I'm going to try to stick with it
So i make my goal of 8 lbs this month!! My starting points are
28 wow thats alot!!! I think that ends up to be about 1300 cal a day.
I want to do more workouts as well!! I will weight in the morning...
and I still think i'm going to make my weight- in days still Friday? I might
change it?? I have already make my meune for tomorrow, so i'm all set!
I hope everyones week has been a good one so far!!!

hello..what a day for me..i'm sick again...
I had to leave school early i just couldnt make it..
came home and went to bed, then picked up the baby...
well my first day of weight watchers has went really good, i still havent
eaten lunch yet, its 2:14pm...i'm about to, getting hungry.. well
i dont think i'm going to workout today, since mt head is KILLING me
and my legs still hurt from mondays walk i took...crazy but it was alot of hills
well i will post later.. have a great day!
 
Well, I have had breakfast, a snack and lunch and I still have 16 points for this evening, so I think I am going to do alright with flex for now. Was 3 a misprint in my diary? (That you lost 3 lbs on core?) or was it 3 lbs a week?
 
ok so this is what i have had so far........

SO english muffin- didnt eat it all (4 pts)

Snack:
SB snack bar (3 pts)

Lunch:
SO pasta (6 pts)

Snack:
Banana (2 pts)
cows tail mini (1 pt)

Dinner:
Smart ones (6 pts)
Broc. (0 pts)

Snack:
cow tails minis 6 (6 pts)
SO ice cream (3 pts)

Total:
31pts
I use some of my bonus pts. 3

Well my first day on Weight Watchers has been really well!! I just got done eating dinner and i'm so full I'm going to try to make it to the gym tomorrow... we will see. Since I just started WW today i'm not sure I will weigh-in on Friday? I might just to see, but not count it until Sunday.. not so sure...
