
Man, i'm soooo full!!!
Well i have decided to try to do Weight Watchers again,
I lost 40lbs on it before. I'm going to be doing it from home,
I still have all the things I need. I will try this until the end of
March to see how its going, I'm going to try to stick with it
So i make my goal of 8 lbs this month!! My starting points are
28 wow thats alot!!! I think that ends up to be about 1300 cal a day.
I want to do more workouts as well!! I will weight in the morning...
and I still think i'm going to make my weight- in days still Friday? I might
change it?? I have already make my meune for tomorrow, so i'm all set!
