I MAINTAINED AGAIN, 2 weeks in a row???:banghead:
What is going on... better then a gain,
but not what i want! Hoping next week

hey Amber. are you taking measurements? i have had months losing and now gaining 1 or 2 pounds but still losing inches. just a thought.

hey girl yeah i took some last month but havent done it again to check.
I think i have, b/c my clothes are feelin loose and people have been telling me i look smaller.
 
So much for me wishing us both big losses! I didn't have much luck either! :D

I thought of you today when I bought my Fiber One bars! I hope they help! :)

yeh don't worry about the weight too much if the inches are coming off!an especially if the people are noticing that is great!! keep up the good work!

Well i went shopping and spent $240.oo on food...lol
but healthy!! I'm ready for the week! I have be studying
getting ready for my test on monday & tuesday
and cleaned the house. i've had about 600 cals. so far today.
will post later.
 
oooh good luck on those tests...i hate tests. have only got 1 more left before i get my degree! am so glad!

I had a great day food wise.... I didnt get to walk but i did do some workouts using the excerise ball... well this is what i had:

Breakfast:
Nothing

Lunch:
Smart ones (260 cal)

Snack:
SO ice cream (340 cal)

Dinner:
Cheese pasta (320 cal)
Broc w/chesse (60 cal)
5 crackers (80 cal)

Total:
1060 I might have another snack later....
 
hello everyone...
well my husband came into town this weekend, had a great time but i'm missing him already!!! I cooked a great meal for him, i had some but really wasnt on my diet.. cubed steak w/homemade gravy, rice, broc...umm so good, i didnt go for 2nds though, like i use to before! Well i'm about to go wash the car (@ autobell)..lol.. bye
 
I am liking the caramel and oats ones. They are pretty filling (in a good way)!

Have you tried the other flavors?

wow..ok all i can say is tomorrow is a NEW day!!
hint hint..bad food day for me!!
lets just say that i lost count of calories??!!
bad i know, its not that i ate alot its what i ate...
fried foods, waffles, crackers..... need i say more..lol
I'm ready for the weeking coming!
I really want to do good this week,
i want to see my number go DOWN!!!
